An absolute gem. We are very experienced travellers and have stayed in the best and the rest. This small, friendly but beautiful place is the best kept secret on the planet.

Exceptional staff, nice relaxing facility which is a stone throw away from the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The Ka team really went out of their way and made our trip very special. We will be back and look to bring the whole family next time.

We really had a wonderful time here. The staff is lovely, super friendly and helpful with everything, they made us feel at home right away. We are a family with 2 young kids and the staff and owner were very sweet with them. The small garden with a pond with fish and the pool are nice for the kids and also for us to sit for a bit. Our room was nice and clean and a comfy bed. The breakfast delicous with fresh fruits, banana pancakes and really good eggs. We also liked the location. It is very quiet in the streets which is different from the rest of Hoi An, it's more peaceful. Multiple nice cafés and restaurants, bars and beach clubs nearby and the beach is a 1 min walk. Ideal with young kids but also w/o kids. And they have bycicles if you want to go into old town or just a short taxi ride. Oh and we also haf a great massage, twice. We would be happy to come back here and can highly recommend!!

Stayed at this villa during a 1 month stay in Hoi An. The rooms were lovely, the staff and owners are great and nothing is too much trouble. Smaller Villa setup, extremely clean and well maintained, with a small pool, great relaxing areas, the staff are extremely attentive and can not do enough for you. Yoga studio across the street, 15 minute walk to An Bang main street. Just great and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Just great little place. Great Spa too !

KA Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with lovely rooms, tranquil garden and great location by the beach. It is also just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town Hoi An. We read that ‘you arrive as guests and leave as family,’ this was our experience too! A huge thanks to Nhung and her team for making us so welcomed and for caring for us during our stay. We will definitely be returning to stay again. x

We loved KA villa and we are sad we only stayed 2 nights. The hotel is just opposite the beach, which is lush and tranquil. It’s a great quiet spot with bars close by. All staff are amazing! They were really kind and helpful in transfers trips and helping with our next accommodation. Rooms are very spacious with safety deposit box,toiletries, hot shower, air con, good WiFi and large bed some have balcony. The main tourist area is 5km away, however you can take a free bike or use Grab app for a taxi. Aprox £1.80 each way. We loved every minute! We had a fab tour of the market and cooking class along with ‘coconut boats’, organised by the hotel. Nhung, helped us contact our next accommodation, for which we are very grateful. Great value for money too! We’ll be back! Thankyou

My family and I recently stayed at KA Villa, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great service that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Kim, the host, was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our family is quite fussy about pillows and she even sourced a different type to suit our needs. The personalised and fresh breakfast options were a delightful start to each day and a fresh change from the buffets at previous places. You place your order the day before with a variety of Western and Vietnamese choices. The staff then go to the market to collect fresh ingredients to prepare the next morning. The decor and vibe of the villa were fantastic, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better. It was very quiet with an array of great food options nearby. Just walk across the road to access the beach. Just note: you will need to buy a drink to sit in any of the beach lounges. We particularly appreciated the complimentary amenities, such as the free laundry service and bikes, which allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings with ease. KA Villa provided an exceptional experience that combined comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

KA Villas is in a great position. Beach across the road. Restaurants walking distance. But the best part are the very friendly staff, Large rooms, fantastic breakfasts and free bicycles. The pool was the perfect temperature. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Very helpful with suggestions of where to dine, ordering taxi's, free laundry. Cannot fault them. Our second time staying at KA Villas and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended staying there.

This was just a lovely place to stay in Hoi An. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is so clean and cool and inviting. The hotel provided beach towels in a bag. Oh - and they did a load of laundry at no charge! That was amazing! The owner is also very nice. Just a first-rate hotel.

Of the 100+ hotels I’ve stayed in over the decades, KA Villa may be the best one - in terms of service, for sure it’s #1 ! Lovely boutique hotel, great room & breakfast, laundry service included, swim in pool 24/7, peaceful beach across the road, easy Grab/taxi or 15min free-to-use bicycle thru fields & houses to Old Town or 5min to An Bang & others. And mostly as I say - the service: Nhung & her team are always happy to help; they are very knowledgeable but also open to guests’ ideas & wishes. I even received language lessons .
