First of all, the place is overated. The fact is, it is a rather ordinary homestay with obvious shortcomings. I was given a very rusty key and the main door's lock doesn't function properly. The toilet seat is broken. The breakfast is mediocre, with only one food item and a drink and no fruits. The perfume smell in the room, and the bed is overwhelming. Last but not least, the owner wasn't very honest. I booked a "private taxi" to Hanoi airport for 400K VND. On the day of the departure, there was another person with 2 kids in the car. The room is overpriced compared to similar or even better homestays in the area. So, poor value for money in my opinion.

Had a great stay here. For me the location was perfect and they have bicycles for free and motorbikes you can’t rent. Was able to get my laundry done. Pool is nice and a amazing view, the food was also great I recommend the kebab pho and they were super helpful and sweet!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience throughout! Room was clean and had hot water, Netflix and aircon. View at the homestay was great and allowed us to relax thoroughly. Host was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to travel in the area. We had bbq and family was so kind to help us with the bbq. Location is ideal for travelling to trang an boat ride and hang mua cave. Bicycle rental is for free. Overall, highly recommend others to visit this homestay to complete your vietnam experience!

Это один из лучших гостевых домов которые я встречала в Азии! Большие номера,удобные душевые,чисто. Семья невероятно приветливая и радушная. Завтраки идеальные.Так же брала обеды и ужины все очень вкусно и не дорого. Расположение отличное,гостевой дом выходит на реку и скалу.По вечерам приятно сидеть у воды. Заказывала автобус в другой город,вышло дешевле чем у агентов. Рекомендую!

非常好的家庭旅館滿分，超呼期待的好。 幾乎是全新的，包括浴室。 靠河邊的住所，有便宜好吃的三餐，有獨特的房間，非常滿意。 早餐量很大，可以自行點餐。 服務人員非常熱情 滿分5分我給10分推薦給大家

We didn’t stay here but wished we had! A taxi driver recommended the restaurant and we had an excellent meal, with wine and beer, at a very reasonable price. We sat outside by the lovely swimming pool. The place has a good vibe. The couple who own and run this business were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights. As you arrive you are struck by the beautiful scenery. The homestay is equally as beautiful, it is run by a very friendly happy family. The place is in a great location for sightseeing and the bikes you can borrow allow you to cycle to Trang na caves and Tam coc and Dragon hill. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant in the evening is excellent delightful food and high quality. Would definitely recommend eating and staying here.

One of our fondest places we've stayed at in Vietnam 🇻🇳 Well run family business with wonderful views, equally great food and cocktails, as well as the lovely rooms (of which there are only 5!) In such a good location to see all the essential places around Ninh Binh. Free bikes to use got us everywhere we needed to. We extended our stay at last minute due to our onward travel being cancelled (that we had booked ourselves online). Zhou kindly accommodated us for another night and helped arrange alternative travel for us the following day. Zhou and his family speak English very well, and have a calm demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble. Food here is top notch, well-priced, and open to non-guests too. Breakfast is included with the room stay. Very romantic setting at night. Couldn't recommend enough! We wish you all the success❤️

We came across this place one night, when looking for dinner. This was the best food we ate on our entire trip to Vietnam. The corn soup was truly amazing. Next time we will stay here, all the amenities and location were great.

Unfortunately we found this place on our last night in the area. Honestly this has the best food and cocktails in all our travels through Vietnam.We are very fussy, and they overwhelmed us. If you come here and are not impressed, contact me and I will happily refund your money spent.

Lovely homestay in an ideal location to visit either Trang An or Tam Coc. The staff provide free bikes to visit the surrounding areas and there's a swimming pool to use. For breakfast we chose something from the set menu and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend as it's very good value for money.

Perfect location, close to all the must-visits in Ninh Binh and still peaceful. Our room was very clean and big, with a view on the pool. Always started the day swimming, loved it! We had all of our meals here, would really recommend the fresh spring rolls! Bicycles were free, and we even took our very first ride on a motorbike (with some of the host's help :) ). Thanks to the lovely host and her sweet family who made all of this possible.

There are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

Took a short trip and booked this homestay accidently through air bnb but it was a wow moment. With the cheap price, I didn't expect so much but it was amazing experience. They have a pool and you can enjoy breakfast at the poolside (roomcharge already includes breakfast). The room was so nice. They also provide motobike for rent that is very convinient to go around NB. Highly recommend

Mình rất may mắn khi được ở homestay này. Điều mình ấn tượng đầu tiên khi đặt chân tới đây là sự chào đón nhiệt tình của a chủ nhà, thân thiện cảm giác như là người bạn của mình. A ấy đã tư vấn những địa điểm đẹp để tham quan và hướng dẫn tôi rất là chi tiết. Homestay có bao gồm ăn sáng miễn phí, còn ăn trưa và ăn tối có menu rất nhiều món cho các bạn chọn và giá cả rất là hợp lý và đồ ăn nấu rất là ngon. Phòng rất là đẹp đầy đủ tiện nghi, có ban công ngồi để chill uống bia rất là tuyệt vời. Bên cạnh đó, còn có hồ bơi cùng với khung cảnh thiên nhiên khi các bạn được trải nghiệm nơi đây. Mỗi tối chủ nhật chủ nhà sẽ tổ chức bữa ăn gia đình truyền thống gia đình của việt nam các bạn có thể tham gia với giá rất là hợp lý. Tôi sẽ mãi không quên trải nghiệm ở tại homestay này, nếu các bạn có cơ hội du lịch tới Ninh Bình, thì mình highly recommend ở homestay này. Nếu có 10 sao thì mình sẽ đánh 10 sao rồi, nhưng tiếc là chỉ được đánh có 5 sao. hihhi
