Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Experience with staffs was great even when trip somehow made a mistake in my booking. Paid for 2 rooms for 2 night but the hotel can only find booking for 1 room. Had to pay extra for the second room. Hopefully Trip can sort this out and refund me the extra that I paid for

noise made me can not sleep whole night. Breakfast terrible, too many people, no staff check who are the the customer, anyone can has entrance.

My lovely wife Ping and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Berlin. The room was clean and comfortable. Our check in and check out was seamless, especially with the friendly and accommodating reception staff. I special shout out to Kristian whose friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, to Mane for her kindness and friendliness. Please pass on my thanks to both of them. Lastly, the breakfast was abundant and satisfying.

Very comfortable bed, big room and good options of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast also.

Great stay, very good location, at walking distance to Potzdamer Platz, Jewish Museum and many other interesting places and restaurants, easy access to public transportation and super nice staff. Room very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Hotel is really good holiday inn never disappoint.

Nice hotel in good central area. Rooms lovely. Breakfast could have been better eg more hot food options but did the job. Would happily recommend.

Very close to underground station. Few meters away you can find a supermarket for some snacks or drinks. The Hotel is very clean and the room is designed in modern style and comfortable. Breakfast is offered as a buffet.

Hotel moderno con muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de dos paradas de metro/tren. Hay dos supermercados cerca y algún restaurante. La atención del personal es muy buen y el desayuno es muy completo y abundante. Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda!
