Ulasan Nicecy Hotel - Nguyen Trai Street

The hotel is in a great location. Although it is in the city center, there is not the slightest noise. The cleaning is very good. The morning breakfast is not bad. The staff is polite.

I was at The Nicecy Hotel for four nights in late October (2024) and would like to express how much I enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient in District 1 and near to many sights, restaurants and shopping areas. Nestled down a side alley near the Phu Dong intersection, being away from the main roads means you can barely hear any traffic noise. The rooms are clean and furnished well, with quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. As the water heaters are solar powered, you will need to turn the shower on for a few minutes before the water gets hot (handle pointing left) but if you are in a hurry, then a cold shower will wake you up. Finally, the staff at the main desk were friendly, helpful and polite. So a big thank you goes out to Thanh Dat and Ngan for all of their help during my stay. Oh, and the price is extremely reasonable as well. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC looking for great value accommodation.

Wouldn’t book again. Had originally booked for a basic room and when checking in was asked to pay additional although everything was already paid prior as they had some room discount running at the time of booking? We paid extra to upgrade to a bigger room with a window as the basic room had poor ventilation. The bathroom had a puddle of water on the floor - the cleaner said she didn’t clean it properly so wiped it dry with a towel. Later in the evening when showering water went all over the floor again as something was wrong with the seal from shower to the rest of the bathroom. Asked the staff to come see so they could get it fixed, as well as provide extra towels to dry the floor. Next day had the same issue and had maintenance come to have a look. After 5 minutes he claimed that he fixed the problem but no change as after a shower the floor was wet again. Asked reception for more towels to dry the floor - thank goodness we were checking out the next day! Location was ok, close to places we wanted to go. It has an elevator which is great but there are a set of stairs to get up into the entrance/reception.

great stay this is my second time staying here and everything was good. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is super convenient, it's close to pretty much everything

Nice hotel with accessible location. Just that they don’t have available staff outside regular working hours and some toilet amenities are faulty, I think because the building is quite old. There was no regular housekeeping and we experienced having power interruption during our stay there. Aside from that, i still liked the room for the price we paid for. Really soft and comfortable bed and good ventilation. Lobby staff was nice too.

I had a great experience with the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel room had an old-fashioned vibe, but overall it was good. The only issue I had was with the toilet. I kept hearing flushing sounds even when I wasn't using it. It might be a problem with the water pressure or something, I don't know haha. *picture not related

Location is very convenient, room is clean but no windows, not too far from pink church and bind danh market

After staying 4 nights and 5 days: - The hotel is centrally located so it is convenient to go anywhere, near Ben Thanh market, Independence Palace, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. - Hotel service is good, staff is enthusiastic to help customers. - Hotel facilities are good and quite complete. - Only the hygiene issue I think needs improvement! Overall: Good, I will come back next time❤️

It was a great service specially the reception guys. They were very helpful and considerate, there is breakfast as well, i left my luggage after my check out to go to Ben Than market it is just 15 minutes walk and 20 min walk to Takashimaya and fake market. I just recommend to stay in the room with the window.

Location is good. Walking distance to shop . restaurants. And attraction.room is nice and clean. Not too noisy at night.

Renovated hotel. Good location for the evening walking around the surroundings.

Good for the price. There were small ants in the bathroom. The location was good but the hotel is on a small path and you’d need Google Maps to find it.

Good service. Place was clean and the staff were very kind. The location was perfect to walk around to the tourist places and to enjoy the night life. All the restaurants are close by. Fully recommended.

Good value for money. A hidden gem recommended. Built in air conditioning. Staff speaks english.
