Locations is in a really good place ! Lady on reception is really helpful and had good English ! We stayed in the double bed room on the top floor. Room was a nice size and bed was good. Aircon united is broken so makes the most awful screeching noise when on (couldn’t leave on at night as kept baby awake).

It is a cozy place with shared bathrooms and hot water. A bit of hard place to find. Maybe you should book the Hostel across the alley! Lol

Good location, close to bus stops and main tourist attractions. Bui Vien pub street is only a stone’s throw away, but hotel stands in a quiet, narrow street. If you are a light sleeper, use ear plugs, cause the soundproof is weak.
Cleanliness is bad, stubborn dirt all over, mold in fridge. Luckily bed sheets and towels were old, but clean. Needs attention and care.

Stayed in the hostel to kill the time until the shuttle bus. The location is fairly convenient, however, needs some effort to be found in the narrow streets, off from the main road. The room has all necessities, reasonable for its price.
