Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota yang menjadikan banyak atraksi dan wisata kuliner yang sangat dekat dengan hotel itu sendiri sehingga membuat kami sangat senang untuk kembali lagi hotel ini

Had a room with no window, which was totally ok - except that in order to freshen the air I had to rely on the AC or open the door to the corridor. Anyways, very good deal for the price, will come again.

Staff are friendly, especially one of the male counter staff, always with a smile, 17sep at Evening time, assist us with lots of thing. We are also impressed with one of the male staff who help us with the luggage when we check out at 19sep. They are very friendly.
The food selections can have more variety. And the food can be more hot will be good

Just a room, cleanliness is so so, wifi in room always down so can't use wifi in room, hot water is inconsistent (sometimes yes, most times no). Worst part is the knocking renovation sounds from 8am in the morning. Can't even do a phone call proper as it's so loud.

Not acceptable as a 3 stars rated hotel. Staffs are okay, can communicate in English, but not really friendly to us. My room and washroom both very smelly. Found a lot of little spiders and small insects on the desk, floor and even on the bed. The air conditioner was very noisy after running for 30 mins, and we could hear people talking at 3:00am at the door and window side which really affect our sleep quality.

No shower curtain or door. Good location except the next building is under remodeling. Sometimes noise around 9am. Many restaurants, coffee shops and massage shops nearby. A Japanese department store is 10 minutes walk. Very polite staff. Hotel breakfast so so.
