Great value for money! Saigonciti Hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms in a very convenient location near Ben Thanh Market. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. Perfect for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Room was clean. Very accessible to everything BUT it comes was a cost, which is falling asleep to the sound of Saigon traffic :))

During check in, the hotel asked to move to another hotel which very far from the benh than market and halal restoran with reason no available room.

Work needs to be done with the facilities, the hairdryer and some light switch were out of order. But it was a very convienient location.

My room at top - 10th story, room is small, I can’t take showers because no cold water came from the shower taps! Only very hot water……??? So disappointing
