Kamarnya bau rokok, shower tidak menyala, air minum tidak free. Sangat tidak nyaman nginep disini

Bagus dan sangat dekat dengan bandara jika Anda ingin beristirahat setelah penerbangan, ada resepsionis ketika saya tiba pukul 3:30 pagi, Dia sangat membantu! Dia meminta saya untuk mencoba makanan tahun baru juga, dia sangat baik! Saya menghargainya! Terima kasih Blue Hotel

Staf layanannya lucu dan sopan; Lokasi dekat Pusat cukup nyaman saat berpindah; Harga ruang pertemuan yang wajar; Namun, lampu di kamar mandi gelap; Air tumpah ke lantai saat mandi, sehingga mudah terpeleset dan jatuh; Kait pintu atau remote AC rusak dan belum diperbaiki.

Booked a hotel just to sleep in for a 17-hour lay over. The location of Blue Hotel was very close to the airport. So, the ride was faster than waiting for grab ride itself. Btw, water in the fridge is not free. But 20k vnd for 1 bottle is not gonna kill anways. Staff were friendly. They can speak and understand basic english.

It was unexpected cleanliness there was a cockroach in the bathroom and no water in the room everything was bad

Near the airpot convenient, there is a nice coffeeshop nearby, the room is no very big, specially the bathroom, but is clean and decent.

The reception staff was terrible. Spoken to her like speaking to a wall and don't care to respond. Key tag collection for room is on the dot 2 pm even though the room is available. Arrived and asked for checking in even 5 mins early, the staff asked to pay extra. No toilet roll and only have tissue given in the toilet. Shower area is so squeezee and can't even turn to have a proper shower. Beside the hotel has no restaurant or eating place. Never ever stay in this hotel again.

There is no free mineral water. There is no kettle to boil hot water in the room, only upon requested. The bathroom door was broken. Early check-in is 100k VNĐ/hour even you check-In at 13:45pm, 15 minutes before check-in time at 2:00PM Highly not recommended unless dont have any other choice.

Close to the airport, and 30 min woth taxi to the center. For us it was great👍🏼

My stay at The Blue Hotel was a complete disaster. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist guests with their luggage. The amenities were extremely disappointing, with dirty bed sheets and a poorly maintained bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim that it felt like a cave. The staff's attitude and the lackluster amenities made for an unpleasant experience. Look elsewhere for a hotel that values customer service and provides better accommodations.
