Ulasan Crowne Plaza Helsinki - Hesperia

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki is super fantastic. Service is very good. We have spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. The twin beds and sofa bed are large and comfortable. Swimming and gym are full equipped. Breakfast and lounge are good food. Highly recommend.

Good and reasonable price

I found the Crowne Plaza to be immaculate. It's about the price of one of the UK's hotel chains but vastly more for your money. Free WiFi, wonderful room with personalised TV with built in Chromecast. I loved both Helsinki and the Crowne Plaza. Really friendly and helpful staff. I had a nice chat with the cleaners.

Good quality service, nice gym fitness, and live quite. perfect breakfast. it's about One kilometer to city center

Overall I was satisfied with the location and the comfort of the bed - which for me is the highest priority. I liked the pillow spray as an extra amenity - and the receptionist didn’t hesitate to give me more of those. The staff was kind all the time. Two things that can be improved: 1) The sauna could be cleaned more often, 2) more coffee in the room!

The hotel is located close to the city center, about 10 minutes' drive. The feeling of space in the room is okay, and there is a heating line under the bathroom. Breakfast is absolutely fine. The only shortcoming is that the House keeping service is not in place. After using the shampoo at night, it was not replaced tomorrow morning. There was no refill after finishing the coffee. The garbage on the floor was not cleaned. However, the beds are changed every day. The hotel's facilities include a heated swimming pool and sauna. There is also a fitness room. All are satisfied. 

Stayed for 3 consecutive days and got a few things done in Helsinki! The room was nice, with a large space and close to the city center, very convenient. The breakfast was quite rich, and European breakfasts are all like that, and those who know know; the Angus steak in the restaurant dinner was great! Come again next time.

The location was good for a walk because it was in front of the lake. The sauna and swimming pool facilities were also good. The only thing was that breakfast was late (7:30) because it was summer, so it was a little inconvenient.

The room phone was broken. We notified and reported it, but no one came to fix it. On the first day of check-in, one of the free water bottles in the room was almost opened. Later, the waiter replaced the water with new one.

Very satisfied, the service is also very good, I will stay here again next time I go to Helsinki.

The location is average, the environment is okay, and the life is not bad. It is not in the city center, but there is a popular Finnish restaurant next to it. I didn’t go there, but it should be good.

The staff who help check in are very friendly and greet guests proactively. The hotel has a variety of breakfast options and the dinner is also delicious. Only one staff member who claimed to be from the United States had difficulty communicating with guests, as if he couldn't understand English.
