Hotel sencillo estupendo para ir en 10 min en coche al aeropuerto y ciudad , todo correcto, pero unos informales con la devolución de 50€ de fianza que te exigen, no sé muy bien por que!!! Tardaron 6 días en devolver, no tenia ningún sentido ..

I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Western Atlantys Hotel Zenith Nantes. After booking and paying for my room online, I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, only to be told that a deposit was required, and they only accepted card payments. Unfortunately, my card wasn’t accepted by their machine for some reason. Despite offering cash for the deposit, the staff refused and asked me to leave the hotel. As a result, I had to sleep in my car that night. The staff showed no empathy or flexibility, even though it was late and I had already paid for the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you arrive late or may encounter payment issues. A very disappointing experience overall.

First time been out of the UK since pre covid Me and my son stayed for 3 nights, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was close to amenities, bowling centre and local bus/ tram routes to be able to go and explore

Perhaps not an obvious place for a hotel but it is well placed for the busy commercial area or for the weary traveller passing through Nantes. The hotel was bright and clean,with a modern design Room was comfortable. We didn’t have our evening meal here as there was a restaurant next door Good breakfast

Very good location for an overnight stopover if travelling with a car: Close to a motorway, good and secure parking, staff very helpful and courteous. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Shopping centre nearby and excellent Italian restaurant next door.

Une nuit au Best Western Hôtel Atlantys Zenith Nantes après être allée voir un concert. L'hôtel est à 5 min à pieds du Zénith, des places de parking, une chambre d'une propreté irréprochable (je me suis même demandée si cette chambre avait déjà été occupée tellement c'était nickel !) , la literie au top, hôtel très calme, très bon choix pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, une attention particulière pour la réduction des déchets et l'environnement, et, pour finir, le personnel est très accueillant ! Une très bonne nuit après un très bon concert :) Je recommande vivement !

3°C outside and no heating: call to the reception and the desk said: I'm alone, I can do nothing.... Later that person arrived with an electrical heating after I said I was leaving the hotel. Plenty of hotels in the surrounding with, at least, a warm night

Chambre très propre, lit confortable, équipements très bien (chrome cast !!!), salle de bain grande et agréable, pas de problème de réglage d'eau chaude (manque juste un peu de pression mais comme dans tous les hotels). Je recommande =) !!

Hôtel facile d'accès se situe à 5 minutes à pied du Zénith. Son emplacement est top et à cela s'ajoute la proximité d'un restaurant italien. Belle Chambre aménagée avec goût. Excellente literie et oreillers. Personnel très sympathique. Je recommande vivement si vous avez besoin d'aller au Zenith.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement (confort, belle déco, salle de bain au top, personnel hyper sympa...)
