Ulasan Hotel B54 Heidelberg City Center

The lift was broken (very loud noise). There was no staff at the reception most of the time. We had to check in with the machine.

非24小時前台，自助辦理入住，很方便。退房超簡單，衹要把房卡投進指定箱子即可。本想把行李寄存在這裏，但需要發訊息給酒店管理員，寄存公告貼在入口處第二道門背面。房間很乾凈，設施齊全，需自備拖鞋和洗漱用品。

No staff there, but the self-check-in was easy (even though a slight pain in the neck on the small terminal, given that I have submitted that information already beforehand to *******).

The hotel was conveniently located just a few steps from the corner where there was a tram station. Also there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy supplies and food. The hotel offers self check-in. Over-all the place is clean and the surrounding area is safe even at night.

Well located for the city centre but lack of personal touch. Automated check in and check out. Only bed or hard plastic chair. Could do with a cushion or something. Wouldn’t book again

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We called ahead of time and we were able to reserve a parking spot for a small fee. No breakfast available on site, but there is a gas station across the street where you can quickly grab something to eat.

Overall, we really liked this hotel and the "apartment" (it was one room with a double and single bed, a bathroom and a very small kitchen/dining area. The area was lovely, extremely convenient to public transportation, and close to a nice grocery store. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and good value. Downsides are no safe in the room, staff only there for a few hours each day, no microwave in the kitchen and no phone in the room. Also I wouldn't want to drive/park in the area, but the hotel is close to trains, street cars and busses. The apartment is smaller than the photos suggested but worked fine for 2 people and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a single night here and it is good as a layover hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping. The only issue was the parking, only 2 parking spaces, thankfully we got one of them and paid 14 Euros to park there (on the street). We did not get any note or anything to put in front windshield, so we crossed our fingers and hoped it was there in the morning as there was a sign in front of the 2 parking spaces, that basically said that “any car parked there would be towed”.

We found at B54 what we looked for: a cheap, quiet hotel during our journey to Italy. The room was simple but very clean, good bed and nice strong shower. Tea was available in the room. Communication with staff online was very efficient, they reserved us a parking spot. This option is not indicated on their site but recommended because the street is very full. Check in was with a machine which was easy to use and feeds the anonymous feeling of the place. The neighborhood is nothing special, bit noisy but not far from the Altstad where we had breakfast. All in all: convenient, clean, cheap, efficient, anonymous.
