Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

I used to stay at Pullman during the first years it opened. Today, the lobby is cold, the Christmas tree is small and ugly (not like it used to be), carts with packages and boxes everywhere, the rooms have not been touched up for maintenance. The surrounding area has been gated so access to the lake is difficult, the neighborhood around it is lonely, dark and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I would discard the hotel from my short vacay options in the future.

Comfortable, spacious and neat. We enjoyed fantastic views of the waterfront, was well within walking distance of the shopping district and was pleased with the gym and executive lounge facilities on offer.

The only negative point was the room. It was not the standard what I expect from this kind of hotel. Lamps was fixed with silicone. The rain shower was not working. Beside those issues, the hotel was top.

Friendly staff and good environment. the lake view is breathtaking and the hotel is near the mall area and other conveniences. the breakfast isn’t the best but alright. some amenities inside the room feels like could have been better. overall, lovely stay and great location. 👍

除了早餐還行，其他沒一個滿意的。廁所頂頭花灑是壞的，閲讀燈右邊一個也是壞的，房間裏面居然連行李架都沒有，這就算了，換下的衣物不疊放整齊也沒事，起碼要攤開放好吧，就給我全部揉到一坨，這我也可以忍，最無法忍受的是居然把地墊放我自帶的浴巾上，這是沒常識還是太不把顧客當回事，鉑爾曼就是這樣對待客人的？居然還發短訊讓給好評，看來好評都是這樣刷出來的！平時住店最討厭點評的我也要忍不住吐槽幾句了

酒店很好，位置很好，性價比高，住在行政客房可以免費享受行政酒廊的晚餐，晚餐菜品很豐富，餐廳風景也很好，值得體驗。

環境非常優美，早上起來沿周邊跑了一圈。早餐的種類特別多，但是口味一般，能入口的比較少。硬件設施沒問題，畢竟是新開的酒店。給升級了行政房間，服務滿分。周邊還有充電樁，對電車用户非常方便。

酒店獨特的設計，徽派風格，進門就有禮賓的熱情接待，一杯温熱的歡迎茶水，前廳服務人員Yori為很好耐心的講解周邊的景點和美食，酒店離融創樂園也很近，前台steven還幫我在網上預約樂園門票，前台的服務熱情，細節很讓人感動，給工作人員們點贊。房間透光性很好，衞生乾淨，整潔，耳目一新，床也十分舒服，房間還有很温馨的佈置，真心不錯，真的入住了讓人感覺到其他酒店沒有的感覺，很踏實，很貼心，以後會經常住這樣的酒店

臨時出差，到店已經是半夜時間，匆忙中定的酒店，日期還選錯了，前台服務非常耐心，幫助我解決了問題，房間也做了升級，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

酒店服務特別周到熱情，為了長者方便，不厭其煩的幫我們調配房間，非常感謝👍很暖心🥰 酒店窗外可遠眺巢湖；直面有個自然小湖泊。小湖泊的對面是合肥融創遊樂園、第八感VR主題樂園；小湖泊的西南面是萬達廣場、西面是融創茂等兩個購物中心。 晚上在酒店臨湖窗前，看着對面樂園裡迎財神燃放的絢麗煙火，感受在上海好久沒有了的濃濃年味，歡樂祥和。🎉🎉🎉 房間乾淨舒適，早餐豐富美味😋

早餐不錯，房間也可以，就是窗玻璃外側有點臟，影響看出去的景觀

原打算住兩天就換家酒店，最後還是續訂了。房間有些美中不足，但瑕不掩瑜——豐富的早餐，開放的行政酒廊，優美安靜的環境，還是值得再次選擇。
