Cleanliness of the room is ok as long as you don't look on top of the wardrobe...
Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service...
The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

Beautiful rooms with a great view. Plenty of delicious food at the evening buffet. We were given a packed breakfast to take with us on our Safari, which was more than adequate. The staff are friendly and efficient. Sleep quality was 10/10. We would happily stay again.

This was a beautiful lodge. The rooms were newly renovated and had a terrace overlooking the water. The beds were comfortable and equipped with mosquito netting. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Maps of Kruger National Park are available in the lobby. There is also a well stocked bar in the main building.

We stayed for 2 nights at this fabulous lodge whilst visiting Kruger National Park. Our room (34) was beautifully appointed and overlooked the pond with its stunning sunsets. On both mornings we were up at 5am heading out on game drives, so I can't comment on the breakfast buffet at the hotel, but they provided us with the most delicious breakfast boxes to take with us (the olive quiche and chocolate muffin were superb!) The evening dinner buffet was excellent. It was lovely, as a vegetarian, to feel well catered for. Also, the entertainment during dinner (live music and local dancers) was very enjoyable. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for three nights, group tour through SA, large clean and modern room, great mattresses, nice terrace with view over the pond, a big bathroom with walk in shower with great water pressure. Very warm welcome from the Manager and his staff, drinks and towels. Breakfast and diner was very good, two times we enjoyed diner in the boma, once with dancers. Very nice prices for drinks, cocktails and wine ! I was a little sorry that we had to move on after three nights stay. One minor...checkout took a loooooot of time.

10/10. We are absolutely amazed with this place, location, staff, facilities, food…Can’t get enough of their Greek salad, so fresh, tasty and crunchy. Thank you Umbhaba and Safari With Us for making South Africa experience amazing and unforgettable.

We travelled as a small group to Kruger National Park, the eco lodge was a great location. Close to the park, and beautiful grounds and room interior. Loved the outlook onto the little ponds, the restaurant and the bar. The beds are FIRM, like hospital beds - not comfortable at all and of the 6 or so rooms we had - we all had the same issue. The hotel was unable to change this as these are the ones they had, but needs to be looked into. This was the only negative, the staff were friendly and good humoured, welcoming drinks and face towel was a great touch.

As a familie, we had two rooms that were connected via the terrace. We die not have to use the outside path. There was a nice view from the terrace. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast offered was very good. They offer also a breakfast-packet if you need leaving early for vissiting the Kruger park. In short, It is an ideal location to visit Kruger or the Panorama route (Godswindow, Bourkes Luca potholes, …)

We stayed her for a couple of nights during our Safari. Water pressure was great, food was delicious, staff was very helpful and the rooms were spacious. The beds were extremely firm and the sewer problems made for a rough wake up call. Purchased bottles of water and they appeared to not be sealed.
