Однозначно рекомендую отель: чистый, приветливые сотрудники, вкусные завтраки под аккомпанимент фортепиано - однозначно задают настроение на весь день. Если буду ещё раз буду лететь через Гавану, то обязательно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле.

Очень хороший отель и очень приятный персонал. Не стоит ожидать фантастики как от дорогих отелей в других странах, но вполне себе очень даже неплохо. Включен завтрак, готовят неплохо. Среди отелей в Гаване вообще можно сказать один из лучших. Когда я останавливался цены были очень дешевые, как раз перед моим отъездом цены сильно подросли. За 5 дней заплатил 31тр. Расположение тоже очень удобное. На заднем дворике есть небольшой бассейн для детей и для взрослых. В общем рекомендую, я остался доволен. После этого отеля остановился в отеле за 60тр в Мехико и тут даже половины условий нет, отсутствует даже элементарное кафе и вместо кондиционера вентилятор. В Гаване всё было великолепно в этом плане и очень очень чисто. Рекомендую!

Relación calidad-precio bien. Habitación bastante normalita pero para su precio no podemos quejarnos. Hay piscina pero no la pudimos disfrutar, cierra demasiado pronto. Personal amable, especialmente uno de sus mayordomos.

El servicio fue excelente, el hotel muy comodo, el desayuno excelente y la comida tambien, la atencion de todo el personal desde seguridad, camareros , personal de limpieza, en carpeta muy atentos, no tenemos nada negativo que senalar, recomiendo este hotel si quiere confort y excelencia en la atencion

I found NH Capri's sister hotel, Victoria, a classy and sophisticated experience. Guests are greeted by a mellow vibe to ease into their stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, with a fashionable interior, well positioned (for walks) and spectacular views (from the penthouse suite). The staff are sweet and always ready to help - a special mention to Chabelli, Iran, Cristina, Lucia, and Yosvani.

My first visit to Havana and won't be my last... these guys gave me a stay to remember, it was my Birthday whilst there, I got a cake, and a lovely greeting, also they they got me a Classic car to Buena Vista Social club... before I headed to Varadero... 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to Raymundo, Elizabeth, Ruben,Cristina Edgar, and Iran... and all staff were lovely. Amazing stay. THANK YOU

Excellent stay in this hotel, excellent food, the treatment of all the staff the same in the restaurant as in the bar, in folder, very attentive security and the service was great, I remember some names like: Elizabeth, Amanda, Arocha, Cristina, Edgar, Yoan, Daylen, Nancy, etc. in order it would be to name everyone in the hotel. The best stay exparience I've had. Whenever I travel for work, I want the same experience I got at Hotel Victoria. The rooms where fine and cozy, the water was always warm, not my taste. I like cold showers. The staff: from Yvis, Zulio, the front desk lady and the Captain at night(the bald guy, he was amazing), to Edgard, Elizabeth and Ruben in the morning. You guys made me want to come back. There was a piano sir in the morning, I appreciate that. Food was great: dinner had a great appetizer, breakfast was very rich. Overall: I want to come back

Charming hotel with wonderful staff. Good food, bargain drinks (3 Cuba Libres €5). Great location and not too busy, own pool and free access to the close by NH Capri, with rooftop pool, and also close to the historic Nacional Hotel. The Victoria is full of character, quiet, and friendly.
