Ulasan B2 Hat Yai Rat Uthit Boutique & Budget Hotel

The location is good, but our check in experience wasn't so smooth. There is parking at the premises and 24 hour security guard there. But I just dnt understand why we need to add hotel's LINE ID for WiFi password. Overall was okay.

Overall experience was nice...reception was very helpful, able to speak malay, HALAL breakfast was good (even it's only small wrap shawarma style). Free covered parking with standby guard. Muslim friendly with Kiblat direction in room. The only downside is, no Iron inside room, need to go to Level 2 for iron (please replace the iron as it got sticky stain on it, might ruin somebody's shirt)

The Manager is kind Miss Nuna and the staff Kasmin and Sky are accomodating. The room is spacious, comfortable bed. I love my stay..Highly recommended..

The security guard at night is so rude, we are family with kids and older people. He shouted at us for non parking in Management place. My mom was so scared. On the floor rooms, got many hairs. Never again for this B2.

After we got back from Samui. Throw another night before going back home. Overall, if you want budget, low density and away from the busier street is a good choice. Aside, specifically asked for no corner room and the same floor with my boys. Hence, never happened.

Room is not clean. To many hair.. need to wait 20 minute for towel..

Location was good, not located at the busy area. Parking also good, room also good just nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. Easy to go to anywhere. Easy to get grab or tuktuk. Near to 7e just walking distance 200m only

Overall this hotel is good. Service is nice. Just that it is a little bit far from the city and some attractions but it still considered okay. Recommended.
