I can only say that such prices and corresponding facilities are ridiculously expensive in Harbin.

It was an impressive place because the sink was kept clean. One of the elevators was under repair, which was inconvenient, but overall it wasn't bad.

The location is a bit remote, but it doesn't make much difference if you're driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it's a good experience.
