Pathetic experience and hotel facilities are extremely poor. Acs are non-functional, rooms are awfully smelly. Washrooms lack the basic hygiene. Private ghat and parking area the only pros about this hotel.

The property is situated near to harki poudi. With good ganga view and good ambiance. Delicious food is served and parking is also available inside the property. Excellent property in haridwar with reasonable price

Bhaji govindam is located at the center of haridwar and it's very near to hear ki pauri. Hotel was clean however ac was not working well. There was water leakage issue from roof to middle of the room. Stairs to qst floor had no support hence difficult for senior citizens. Private ganga ghat is there in the hotel but very poorly maintained. T

Very terrible, underage d staff. Gave me a downgraded room and that to on a floor where construction was on, no green space or working river ghat, totally fraud staff charging extra rs 1000/ for room. Pathetic

My worst stay till date. Rooms are very small and nothing is in order. Bed sheets, pillow cover, blanket towel were very dirty. Seems like they don't even change it after the guest have left. I even asked for change but they said rooms not available but i saw many rooms empty. Over this doesn't worth the price they asking. Food and service was also worst quality

This is a Dharamshala that cannot exceed a two-star rating. Below are the pros and cons based on my recent visit with my parents in April 2024: Pros: - Conveniently located 1 kilometer from Har ki Pauri. - Offers parking facilities. - There is not much outside noise. Cons: 1. The staff embodies the traditional, somewhat outdated mentality commonly associated with Dharamshalas rather than that of a modern hotel. 2. The pricing is very high, and not in line with the quality of service provided. 3. The purported private ghat is appallingly dirty, rendering it completely unsuitable for bathing. 4. Due to governmental alterations in the flow of the Holy River, the water remains stagnant at their ghat, resulting in an accumulation of debris, mud, and vegetation, making it uninviting for visitors. 5. They lack modern payment methods (No Credit card accepted), insisting on either UPI transactions to a random phone number or cash payments, reflecting a typical Dharamshala mindset. 6. The establishment suffers from frequent electricity outages, lacking any form of backup power. 7. The overall demeanor and attitude of the staff leave much to be desired, falling short of the courteous standards expected, even from a three-star hotel. 8. The quality of food and service is subpar. 9. Don't be deceived by claims of a private ghat. 10. Room cleanliness is lacking. 11. Requests from senior citizens for ground-floor accommodations are disregarded, with the establishment preferring to push for costly upgrades instead. 12. Access to the first floor involves navigating a considerable number of steps, a consideration worth mentioning or inquiring about if traveling with elderly individuals. 13. Bookings are non-refundable, warranting careful consideration before confirming reservations.
