3-Star Hotels in Harbin

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the train station, and is very convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, the sanitary environment is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. In particular, the breakfast is complete in variety and rich in nutrition.

Great location right on the pedestrian street. Clean, large room. The only negative was that our room did not have a window and this was not shown / mentioned on the booking. For this reason we would not stay here again and risk the same.

The location was good. It was kind of middle of all attractions which takes 10-20minutes taxi commuting to Ice world, Cable car, Zhonyang Pedestrian Street. We visited Harbin during the Ice and Snow Festival, the weather was around -20/-25 celcius degree. And room was extremely hot with the floor heating, which was really good to keep yourself warm. Also floor heating helped us to dry some of our boots and pants 😂 It is recommended for sure.

Good location. Breakfast available. Just 1 min walk from the morning market which opens from 6am to 8am. Friendly staff. Free tanghulu for guests to taste. They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.

In the world of ice and snow, you can book a hotel here, take the subway one or two stops, walk five minutes to the hotel from the subway, feel that it is a state-owned hotel, good health, high safety, the only drawback, the facilities are a bit old, but also quite good

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

Very well located. Right in the city center, close to everything, at 20 minutes away from Ice and Snow World by metro, 2 minutes away from Central Street. Clean room and good breakfast.

The family room has a big bed and a small bed. It is more convenient to sleep with a baby. The hotel is very convenient. It is very close to shopping and eating. It is also very close to the subway. You can go to the Sun Island Ice and Snow World by subway. You can self-service to hot water and cold water on the first floor. There is also a coffee machine that can pour coffee by itself, which is very convenient. The room we booked does not have breakfast, you can order takeaway, and there is a robot downstairs that can be delivered to the room, which is also very convenient. However, the hotel does not have children's facilities, slippers and toothbrushes are all adults, you have to bring your own.

Location of hotel is quite good, surround with 早市 Pasar, only few min with didi to town area. The service is quite good, we arrived in the earlier morning and luckily the staff let us check in earlier! The room is very big and same with the photo showed~~ quite comfortable~ the breakfast provided also nice to eat.

Location is perfect, literally meters from the main street. that's pretty much what and all you are paying for. We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there. Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around. Wifi was horrible and slow. Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests. For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job. Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.
