Ulasan Crowne Plaza Harbin Songbei

Kami menginap tiga malam di hotel ini dan merasa hotel ini agak jauh dari semua tempat yang ingin kami kunjungi dan kunjungi, tetapi itu tidak membuat masa inap kami menjadi kurang menyenangkan. Stafnya penuh perhatian dan sangat ramah. Hotel ini menghadap ke kolam indah yang membeku di musim dingin dan tertutup lapisan salju tebal. Tempat bermain yang sempurna untuk anak-anak dan orang dewasa. Naik kereta Didi dari hotel juga cukup mudah karena tidak berada tepat di tengah-tengah kegiatan festival es.

Overall lumayan bagus, terutama untuk kenyamanan jalan-jalan ke taman, pelayanannya juga bagus, saya akan tetap memilih menginap disini lain kali saya pergi bermain. Akan lebih baik jika menggunakan beberapa merek perlengkapan mandi. Kalau tidak, itu akan terlihat agak rendah.

Layanannya sangat baik, stafnya ramah dan baik terutama Emily di resepsi. Sarapannya juga sangat beragam, sarapannya termasuk makanan barat dan Cina. Kami sangat menikmati masa tinggal kami dan kami berharap dapat kembali kapan saja kami berada di Harbin .

Kami memiliki akhir pekan yang menyenangkan di Harbin. Lokasi oke, semua toko dan restoran tutup karena pandemi. Kamarnya bersih dan stafnya ramah. Di dalam ruangan cukup panas dan jendela tidak mau terbuka karena 'beku' tetapi mereka memberi kami kipas angin untuk menenangkan diri. Sarapannya oke juga tidak ada yang istimewa.

The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Excellent service, nice and cozy rooms, helpful front desk. Location is nice and all the staffs are very helpful. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza, the breakfast was great, we got all we were hoping to get in the western style breakfast buffet, kindly add baked beans to the menu 😋 please lol, we hope to come again in the near future and relax once more at your lovely hotel. God bless you 💖

I was there 9 February to 13 February 2024. This in China is New Year Holiday period, so maybe a part of the issues are coming from this. Start with positive items: the room was OK, large, well equipped, well heated (Harbin in February is still very cold), clean and in perfect conditions. And buffet breakfast was OK. But then problems starts. The "Crowne Cafe All Day Dining" restaurant was at an unacceptable level. 9 February evening was just closed... 10 February, I was the only guest there. Cold, dark, a waiter almost not speaking English, a menu on a cardboard sheet wrapped in plastic, like a street-side low level restaurant. Vey limited choice, just 2 main courses (lamb or veal steak). Quality was not so bad, but the overall experience was catastrophic. And expensive, 441 RMB for a meal in China is a lot. So 9, 11 and 12 evening I got dinner with the the "room service". You need to use an app on the cellphone, all in Chinese, and you have to pay with Wechat. OK for me, I live in China since many years... but a normal international traveler??? On 9 the selection was just some KFC food - but at least nicely served on a tray with napkins and tools... 11 and 12 only Chinese food available, and served in plastic boxes inside a plastic bag. A small bag added with chopsticks and a microscopic paper napkin. 5-star hotel !!! And again very expensive considering the type of service and the fact of being in China, even not in a major city. Another small detail... the room minibar was empty, even if there was the price list on it. And the room service app was just providing food, not drinks. I you like a beer, you must go to the vending machine in the hall. Nonsense in this level of hotel! Even the vending machines in the hall were giving a "cheap" feeling, unacceptable in such hotel! Then some other minor "slips" of service during the stay... nothing serious, but they add up to the basic problems I mentioned. All this could be accepted in a low level, cheap hotel... not when you have paid in advance 300 $ per night!

We stayed here as a family of three in order to explore Harbin and I have to say it was very inconvenient. The only reason to stay here is if you plan to spend a lot of time at the indoor ski slope 5 minutes walk down the street. Otherwise, this location requires a lot of time in the car to visit the Snow & Ice festival, Sun Island and even longer to get to downtown Harbin to visit Jie Fang street or the train station. The hotel itself was nothing special. The staff mildly helpful. The breakfast buffet has a fantastic selection of Chinese food but the staff can't keep up with the volume of people so tables are always dirty and food spilled everywhere on the buffet. Disappointing for a Crowne Plaza. The pool and gym are nice but beware they close at least 30 mins before what is stated, so staff can begin cleaning up. Rooms way too warm and impossible to control the heat. On the positive side, the rooms were nice and comfortable. And just big enough with two beds for a family of 3.

Stay is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and speak good English . Robot service
