We struggled to get our bag in.. They don't have any washroom facilities.... Rude response from the waitress.... Bad handling from the reception... Don't ever apply for breakfast because they don't have...

The hotel was clean. I wish the employees were more friendly. I had no problems with check-in and check-out. I like that place. You can stay there and its safe.

Check in was easy, rooms are decent for the price, if you are staying here for a quick ride to Metlife stadium it is a good choice.

This hotel was better before they don’t have daily cleaning anymore Wouldn’t recommend

At least, we slept well and it was kind of clean. For everything else, way better option exist.

Point positif : l’emplacement est top , très bien situé , le bus proche et quelques magasins, restaurants autour. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil Point négatif : la propreté laisse à désirer… et sans parler de l’humidité énorme qu’il y avait dans la chambre.. Je recommande pour un petit séjour de 3/4 nuits maximum car nous y sommes restés 10 nuits et cela devenait irrespirable..

The property is a bit dirty, the check in at night is horrible where you have to wait in line in a small room

The check-in process was absolutely painful. There was a very long line and it seems that nobody has ever checked into a hotel room. The credit card machine was not working properly, which added about a 40 minute wait for us to be able to check into our room. It also had a very musty stale smell in the room, very disappointing

The rooms need better sexurity, the doors are so fragile. The room itself is so tight. I know this is an Inn, but I can hear everyone walking outside while I was trying to sleep. i checked out one day before my actual checkout day because it was so bad. I just needed some alone time (but close from home) and did not get it here. i asked for a refund for my last day and still waiting for it.

Loved how helpful the staff were, the location, and cleanliness of the room. Definitely staying here again soon!

It was passable. The facilities were clean. The location on the water was nice. Service was an issue for me. The staff, particularly the maids, seem to think that you are there friend because you are in the hotel. Any unrequited advances turn into a battle of wills to get services. There was also some weirdness with someone turning in a key that they said was to my room. Housekeeping insisted the room was vacant although I was in it. It prompted a trip to the desk. SMH.
