I looked at many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose theirs. When we checked into the hotel, the young lady at the front desk saw us pushing the door open, came up to us with a smile, and enthusiastically served us a cup of warm scented tea. At that moment, all the coldness was gone, and a warm current came to my heart: Here, we are not travelers, but home! Environmental health: The hotel environment is very good and the newly renovated hotel is very stylish. Service: The staff are very warm and polite. They will say hello cordially when you meet them on and off the elevator. Catering: The hotel's breakfast is very rich, especially the side dishes are very delicious and amazing! While we were dining, we happened to meet the hotel management (perhaps the owner) who came to inspect the store. He carefully checked every dish and communicated with the kitchen chef. It was very touching: they paid attention to every detail and worked hard to provide the best service. Do your best to give customers a better experience. Perfect score ! I like everything from this hotel. Room : spacious, beautifully decorated, very modern, all seems new and clean, the bathroom also very nice, equipped with all you need, not to mention fluffy towels and bathrobe. Service : All staff are very friendly and nice, very helpful. They even put water bottles and sweets in the corner of elevator where you can grab it whenever you like. You also can wash and dry your own clothes free of charge, love it ! Location : Very nice, surrounded by many local restaurants and taste good. Overall: I was very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the service, the staff. Harbin maybe cold in the winter but people there has the warmest heart ❤️ i will definetely come back and stay again sometime. Thank you ❄️❄️❄️
