This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff. The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient. The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

Booked a studio room. Overall the unit is comfortable come with in house water dispenser. Convenience shop right in front of apartment. Nice gym room.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and really appreciated the spacious rooms and convenient location, which made exploring the city a breeze. While the breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected, everything else was enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again for the comfort and great location.

Nice location. Not as crowded and noisy as the old town area. Hotel room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the city and river. It was equipped with everything as a serviced apartment so quite convenient. Would recommend for longer stay. Every staff was friendly and professional from check in to check out.

It’s about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The room is equipped with an induction cooktop and a sink for cooking. Instead of bottled water, a large water jar is provided. The bathroom has a small bathtub, but the water temperature tends to be cold. It’s a good option for longer stays on a budget.

I had an amazing stay! The view of the lake from the window was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be back and next time, I'll bring my family.

A fabulous stay. We booked an executive studio for 5 nights, and it certainly did not disappoint at all. It was fully equipped with everything that you needed. We had a smart tv,a washer dryer, and a fully fitted kitchen. The breakfast was plentiful and a wide selection. The breakfast was included in the price we paid. On the 4th floor there is a gym, sauna and steam room with a massive swimming pool. There is a Korean restaurant and a golf simulator. For children, there is a large soft play area. There are some local things to do within 100 metres of reception.

Great place to stay, our room had a washing machine and dryer and the room was very spacious.

Great location with all necessities. The studio was well equipped. Breakfast selection was good. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff service , location abit far to the old quarter area, but it acceptable. Reasonable price. Will choose it again next time back to Hanoi.
