商務出差，第一次到越南河內，臨時預訂的。SAN HOTEL 酒店坐落在越南河內市中心， 還劍湖的邊上，從酒店就可以看到湖中得景色。酒店整體設施普遍乾淨，早餐也很好，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務熱情。所以在去了美豪縣後，回河內還是選擇了這家入住。

위치가 정말 최강입니다.아주 잘 이용했습니다.다만 조식은 좀 부실하고 창문이 없어 아쉽지만 하노이 건축구조상 이해됨

房間舒服，地点好靠近还劍湖出門2分鐘就到了湖邊，櫃枱人員親切服務好，下次还會再來入住的

Absolutely love this place. From the moment we booked online to our arrival it was seamless. Met on arrival by Ms Zoe and Mr Jerry who were professional, courteous and respectful hosts. I stayed there for five days and four nights, and you were very kind all the time, and your work was always neat. They took care of the taxi to the airport last time and always paid attention to the condition of the room. Breakfast doesn't vary in menu compared to other hotels, but breakfast restaurants are neat and pretty. Because it was recently built, the building is in good condition unlike other hotels. The location is also good, so you can walk around tourist attractions such as Lake Hoan Kiem and St. Joseph's Cathedral. There are also famous bean cafes or highland cafes nearby. Night market and beer street! You were very kind and I'll be here again if I come to Vietnam next time. One of the most neat things to do. My manager is a woman- Cara. She is charismatic and professional.

Had a pleasure to stay at the hotel in April '24. Great location - close to everything. Clean, very nice breakfast, fantastic service. Staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Gina and Cara surprised my son on his birthday with a yummy cake... Thank you to everyone at the hotel for taking such a good care of us!

Excellent! I came here for solo business trip in May. Everything good in this hotel, the reception(especially Cara!), facilities and also breakfast, good location in downtown but very quiet in ninght, book here next time once I come to Hoanoi again. Thanks for everything

We were overwhelmed when we arrived in Hanoi, and arriving at the San Boutique, all cares went away. Greeted with juice and friendly people to help us with luggage, registration etc. Cara actually took me by the hand and took us to get egg coffee, which was one of the things we were advised to get once we got to Vietnam. Bed was comfortable, breakfast amazing. Close to many amenities. We'll certainly return to the San Boutique if ever we return to Vietnam.
