Ulasan Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel

First of all, I booked this hotel,,,but the Reception told me they didn't receive my booking... 💁🤷🏻♂️ (this is not my mistake as I shown my booking with Confirmation Letter that I received from Trip.com) and then LATER they found my reservation and told me my booking is in JUNK mail that's why they can't see my reservation... (IS THIS MY Problem?) by the way all room are fully booked & they transferred us to their sister hotel... I accepted this offer because I was so tired and need a room as soon as possible 🥲 and a room from their SISTER Hotel is not really bad & staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall, I am OKAY! But this situation shouldn't be happening?

Nice hotel. I got a spacious twin-bed room with bath tub in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good, with lots variety of fruits, salads, and other food. Recommended, especially if you're looking for a quiet room in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter.

部屋もキレイ、セキュリティボックス有り、旧市街で場所もいい、朝食付き しかしシャワー湯量がチョロチョロと少しの騒音 その後問題発生で面倒だった。 次は違うホテルかな

正直きれいとは言えない。トイレの流れも悪いしバスタオルは黒ずんでいて汚い。でもタクシーを格安で呼んでくれたり荷物もきちんと預かってくれたのでまあ値段も高くないのでゆるせる

服務人員很熱心，那天下午check in 的時候很熱，立刻遞上冰鎮的毛巾跟飲料🥹房間的部分很乾淨，我對整潔度蠻要求，赤腳踩地板也不會有沙沙的感覺好讚🫶🏼雖然飯店的裝潢比較老舊，但整體來說性價比非常高👏👏

The hotel is way below standard. I don't know how they got a high rating. At reception the moment you step in, I noticed the dirty floors. The linnen was yellow, and small pillows. The towels had holes in. The shower is in the bath and very slippery. Not even talking about the noise on the street. The staff was friendly though. Not a good stay.

Calling it luxury, not really. What was good: It was clean and somewhat quiet. Friendly staff. What was average: Breakfast I guess What was bad: Having power cables that are patched with tape in the room. Having no process list for the minibar. Having an air conditioner that made the air warmer than colder. No way of getting privacy to the bathroom as it was a glass door and a translucent curtain as the only way to block the sight. Comments I think this hotel is suitable for people with another mindset than me perhaps but I would recommend not staying here. Felt not cozy at all in the room with hard light, hard mattress and a really tiny window. If you are a cost conscious backpacker it might be your thing.

Second time I stayed and yet again made to feel very welcome by Rachel and the staff. Wonderful breakfast where chef will cook fresh options for you and the coffee to die for . Will return next year because it’s a fantastic location to explore old town and you are right in centre of traditional Hanoi

David, Rachael and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot thank them enough for all their help particularly when booking for various activities. The hotel is absolutely great, the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is good and the location is good. A lovely stay..thank you! X

Great central hotel - really enjoyed the breakfasts- with fabulous staff who were very helpful and sorted out trips from the hotel . David and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we had a great time. David helped to sort out trips to Sapa and also to Halong Bay.

I arrived at 3 am. The hotel is extremely loud. Every step in the hallway or in hallways on other floors echos through to your room. The squealing carts of the room service personal will wake you up at 8. The windows have no noice isolation, so you get the wonderful noises of the city (why I booked an inside window room. Sadly I got one with an outside window). Also the bathroom only has a glass door and it has a window. Therefore you room will be awake bright as soon as the sun rises. Can only recommend this place for people with a very deep deep sleep. For me it was impossible to get any rest here.

Cannot fault this hotel, the rooms are exactly as described and in the photos, we had a balcony which was great. The air conditioning is excellent (so important especially in Hanoi) and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is great and convenient. The real highlight is David, the hotel manager and travel consultant. He is such a ray of sunshine and organised our trips to Sapa and Ha Giang in such short notice and we had the best time. He was available for any questions at any time (literally - I rang him at 3.30am with an issue and he sorted it out immediately no fuss). He planned our accomodation, travel, meals and tours and we didn’t have to do or think about a single thing, just show up! We will definitely be back!
