Ulasan Anise hotel Hanoi

Setelah menghabiskan dua malam di sana, kami hanya bisa berkata. bantulah dirimu sendiri dan pilih hotel lain. Staf resepsionis sangat baik Tapi sisa hotel adalah pengalaman yang tidak manusiawi! 🤮

Fasilitas kamar hotel sangat bersih dan mewah.

房間很一般，各種設施殘舊,衞生間還有一種味道，我花了差不多300元人民幣訂這個房間，這種配套不值這個價錢,也是我在越南旅遊期間住過最差的酒店.

極其差！！！一股味，無法溝通.

Kami telah tinggal di hotel ini selama dua malam... kamar kecil..kamar kecil yang layak.... jangan lihat foto yang diposting online..Wifi bagus... Sarapannya enak...Lokasinya juga bagus. .semuanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki 1-2 km....Kami tiba pukul 02:30...Tidak ada seorang pun yang membawa barang bawaan Anda ke kamar untuk check in atau check out... Layanan pramutamu sangat baik...mereka terus barang bawaan kami dengan baik selama 2 hari

Bukan kamar yang kami pesan. Diberitahu pada tengah malam mereka tidak memiliki kamar yang kami bayar. Harus berjalan dengan bagasi kami di tengah malam ke hotel lain. Kemudian harus memverifikasi dan menelepon ********** setelah 5 hari untuk mengetahui belum dibatalkan. Kerumitan besar. Tempat tidurnya juga keras seperti batu. Bukan bintang 4 sama sekali. Anda telah diperingatkan.

Firstly I don't usually write reviews unless I've spoken to the hotel itself first but I can't not write one. We usually are out all the time in our city breaks so we don't need a fancy hotel just a clean and airy one. This hotel was neither of thses. The dust that you could see as soon as you stepped into the room was disgusting. There were empty bottles behind the TV and the dust behind there was also disgusting. The staff were a little helpful especially the bell boy he was very attentive . I wanted to complain as soon as we entered our room as the state of it was unacceptable there was even cup stains still on the furniture I presume from the previous occupant or more. My husband said we were too tired to get moved around and we were not even there f9r the next 2 days as we had a halong bay cruise booked. I I would definitely not stay here again the hallway smelt there were stains all over the carpets and we didn't even have any windows at all in our room . This was not the 4 star hotel we thought we were getting and is just about getting a one star from me. I will speak to my tour operator when we get home.

First time experiencing service here, I feel the staff here are very friendly and extremely happy. The room is very new and always clean. The hotel is close to the center so it will be convenient for eating. I will come back here for my next business trip. It's great!

We are disappointed with our stay at Anise Hotel and Spa in Ha Noi. The room didn't match the website's portrayal, the breakfast was subpar, and the cramped restaurant consistently led to 15-20 minute waits for seating. On the upside, the hotel's proximity to Train Street and the weekend beer market was a notable positive.

It is a reasonably good Hotel with spacious room and adequately sized toilet. Housekeeping is good - rooms are well maintained with white bed linens and towels. Breakfast is quite basic but includes fruits, cakes, Vietnamese soups etc. Location is good and one can buy food from outlets in the street. As in most of Vietnam Hotels, there are three shortcomings : - communication in English, no room service or dining facility and no bell boy.

Property is old and moldy. I could literally feel it in the air and it makes me ill.

Nice room. But shower head crappy. Plus water goes on floor otherwise it's good.
