A nice hotel with a great atmosphere , rooms are comfortable with a nice small balconi . Bathroom was ok not one of the best I have seen . But over all functions well. Breakfast is good but the room is freezing cold . Staff very professional and prepared . Location is great 4 minutes walk to the lake and 6 minutes to the weekend night market .

The hotel was better than I imagined when I booked it. It was located in a quiet street, close to Hoan Kiem, but not too noisy. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again next time I go to Hanoi.

Best stays and close to the old quarter. Great service and people. Good breakfast Buffet. Very spacious. What ever you need they have. Would come back again

I normally stay in the old quarter, but I decided to change it up on this visit and I’m very happy I did…the street the hotel is on is not as busy as staying in the old quarter, but only a 10 minute walk to the old quarter and all the attractions…room was excellent, breakfast was very good with a very nice selection of food, staff were very nice and very helpful….I will definitely be back

Staff at the front desk were really helpful and had an excellent level of English for communicating. Room was spacious and well kept. Gym is in need of some attention but would definitely stay again or recommend.

Room was clean. Water heater worked well & was hot. Quiet location. Front desk staff and porter spoke good English. Everyone was helpful & pleasant. Food at restaurant is very reasonable and delicious. Good spread for breakfast buffet . There’s a freshly make to order egg station. Walkable distance to Lake , Old city Gate , Old Quater & Long Bien Bridge.

Unreliable. I requested a pickup from the airport twice, with no response from the hotel. So I had to take an expensive taxi from the airport to the hotel, when it should have been a free pickup. I left for the whole day with the “clean this room” sign on my door, and when I got back the room hadn’t been cleaned.

Hotel loated in tourist city center.Not far from Huan Kiaem Lake easy to walk.Breakfast very nice (you should try)Hotel furniture was quite old but Ok.Staff can communicate in English very nice and clear infomation also with warm service-mind.Mostly I love this hotel.

The room is not big, the hall and stairs are very beautiful, the small window sill in the room is a two-layer door, the sound insulation is good, but the door is not easy to open, I hope it can be improved, it is very close to the guest company, I can live here in the future

I have stayed in this hotel three times. The front desk of the hotel speaks good English and is friendly. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has a classic feel. It is a hotel worth choosing.
