The entrance is right in the centre of the night market which is great for shopping but a bit noisy.

Just don’t trust the guy at the reception, he gives you bad money exchange rate and high prices. Everything great unless that !!!

Helpful staf, friendly and super super good

침대가 생각보다 넓어서 좋았고, 냉방 엄청 잘됩니다. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 다만 고층 배정되면 엘리베이터 없어서 가방 들기가 힘들 수 있습니다

Excellent hostel which is very convenient to central Hanoi. It’s also close to the smaller of the lakes and near numerous Vegan/Chay food options. The facilities are reasonably modern and clean despite certain other guests, one of whom is a repulsive smoker who contaminates the dorm with vile cigarette fumes - after puffing in the restroom or outside on the narrow pavement. For information, there are no lifts and the hostel also serves as a laundry service too. There is some seating on the ground floor and thankfully this is not a “party” hostel

Good solid hostel. We were very happy to stay. Price was fantastic Great customer service Book direct with them and you will be rewarded with good customer services and personalised approach. Laundry service available Also slap back in the city where you want to be - walking distance to everything We would come back

Very helpful and friendly staff The rooms are clean and air conditioner is sufficient. Convenient enough yet not too much hustle and bustle Recommend going for the 4 bed dormitory if available

Very Nice hostel, not so much to discuss. However what the great superpower of this hostel is, is it’s receptionist Lanna, extremely helpful, made our entire itinerary for several tours around the town and even made it cheaper than we could have done ourselves

The reception is very good. Especially the tall guy and the small girl. The hostel is good. The toilet is always clean. This hostel is at the city center and the old quarter so it's very easy to find restaurants.

Hostel was quiet and beds were comfy, the bedding was clean and we were provided with towels. The communal showers were also clean and you were provided with shampoo and shower gel if needed. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had a good time! They really are a credit to this place!! Some of the internal decor is a bit tired now, scuffs and marked walls and my curtain in the dorm had a lot of food stains on it, But all in all it is a good hostel! The communal areas are clean, the bar/cafe at the top was not in use but you could go and sit up there and look over Hanoi.
