Nice environment, service and foods, in the downtown but quiet calmer area near Wat Xieng Thong temple.

Great location. Walking distance to every local checkout place in the old town. The hotel was full of lovely Vietnamese art pieces. Room was clean, nice swimming pool and the library with a terrace. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Fantastic service in a beautiful hotel. Wonderful location just next to the scenic lake. Room is sufficiently spacious for single business travel. Not sure if the amenities is good as was not able to use them.

The hotel location is perfect - conveniently located in all kinds of things you wish to see in Hanoi. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating - always has a smile on their face. Good English and very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. We also had the best massage experience at this hotel. A 'must try' thing at the APRICOT Hotel. We ordered room service for food - had a Burger - it was super delicious and cheap too :)

I have stayed at many hotels in my hundreds of overseas trips, but Apricot Hotel Hanoi is one of the hotels that provide the best service. The location, cleanliness, human service, meal, restaurant service, swimming pool, and spa were perfect. Instead of standardized and mechanical services in large-scale chain hotels, Apricot Hotel Hanoi provides customized services as if we were part of a family. In particular, MRS. Jenny (Janny?) did her best to help us to find the best authentic Vietnamese restaurant and attractions near the hotel, even though she was pregnant and expecting a baby very soon. All of my family members wish her a safe and healthy baby delivery. MR. KIEN of the concierge desk gave us complete assistance, including guidance to a decent restaurant in town and arranging transportation to SAPA. Also, the drinks I enjoyed with my family while listening to high-level live performances at Lobby Lounge added to my enjoyment. My family will have no choice but to go to the Apricot Hotel in Hanoi. If you are considering the best hotel for a family trip to Hanoi, Stay with Apricot Hotel.

Lovely breakfast & service, very clean and nice environment. Perfect location in the center of Hanoi, by the lake. Loved our stay here, although ‘lake view window’ was not worth the extra price as the window was in the shower, not bedroom!

Good location, just cross the road to the lake. Clean and classy hotel. But my room did not have mini safe in the room. Had to request and it was install within the day. Good service.

Hotel is very good.Especially the location is just at the hoan kiem lakeside. The hotel is very small and the elevator is old.The card always can not control it. But beside that all others is good.It is worthy to have a stay.
