Quiet area but still very near the old quarters by taxi. Swimming pool is very big and enjoyable.

Would return to stay there on next trip to Hanoi. 😀

Great service and meals

Nice location and some good amenities, but not a 5 star hotel. Disappointing for the mount I paid. It was clean and functional, but not as good as the reviews I had read, lead me to believe.

I often go on business trips to Hanoi, so I chose a hotel in a quiet location rather than a crowded city center. I was satisfied overall, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness. There was hair from the previous guest (long hair, I have short hair because I am a man) in the bathroom, and I was disappointed with the housekeeping, as hair was visible during my stay. The facilities were old, but the location was quiet as intended, and it wasn't bad. I don't know if I will go back.

It was a really good experience at a 5-star hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Since it is a residence, there are kitchen appliances for cooking. I think you have to be at least on the 7th floor to get a view of West Lake. I was on the 4th floor, so I couldn’t see West Lake. Still very good It's in the center of Hanoi, so access is good here and there. The hotel spa massage costs 550,000 dong (27,500 won) per person and is excellent. The swimming pool was warm, spacious, and quiet.

Overall it's nice and clean, but the location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but it's not a problem to take Grab. A Grab trip to the airport costs 257k.

The environment and sanitation are really worth the price

The room is large, the sanitary environment is good, and the service is good. However, the food choices in the restaurant are relatively limited.

I was very disappointed with the air conditioner's performance, which was not suitable for a 5-star accommodation. It wasn't cool at all, so I woke up several times while sleeping.

There is a gym, but there is access control. I didn't go there, so I played two games of billiards.

The room is spacious and tidy, well-equipped, suitable for self-catering. The ice pool is large and the water quality is good. The environment is prosperous and quiet, and it is convenient to enter and exit. There are plenty of options for breakfast, but the quality is average.

I said lake view, but there is no lake view.
