Ulasan Hanoi Larosa Hotel

The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

ベトナムの他のホテルはわからないが例えば中国と比べた時に同じ価格帯で設備や食事の質で差はあった。Trip.comがここに星4つを与えるのは妥当では無く星3つが妥当であろう。立地が良いこと、部屋が広くて少しだけ豪華に見えること、スタッフの愛想が良いのは良い点だ。観光スポットの中継地点にしやすく途中ホテルに帰って休めるのは大変助かった。ただ部屋の防音性は低く、犬の鳴き声や車のアイドリング、同じ建物内の何らかしらの音で深夜に何度も起こされるのは辛かった。 栓に隙間がありバスタブにはお湯が溜まらない。ビュッフェは種類がやや少なく簡素なものが多く見える。朝のビュッフェが1日の活力を与えてくれたとは言えない。

The hotel is located very close to the train street. The room is small, no place to lay your luggage open if not on the bed table, the bathroom has a good size. Power supply on one side of the bed only. Clean. Fixed showerhead (rainfall), not handheld. Hardryer and safe available. Able to use eu plugs with no power supplier adapter. Amenities: shower gel and shampoo, soap, shower cap, toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds, comb. No iron/iron board. Minibar with complimentary coffee/tea, anything else is an extra. Using the tv is extremely complicated (need to switch to hmd1 on a no more readable remote control, press several buttons in a specific succession, with more or less long pressing, and you will have mastered this self-learn training when your stay is over), have spotted only one English channel (otherwise Vietnamese or Corean) with hollywood classics and no news. Window with a view on the stairs and the next window (!). Staff very kind. Breakfast ok: sausages, eggs, soup; vegetarian-friendly: freshly made omelette, fried rice and noodles available. Good Vietnamese coffee.

Miss THAO was really helpful with organising a taxi from the hotel to the airport. The process was seemless and service was great. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the services and the breakfast was nice and fresh. I would stay here again when in Vietnam.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I came here on an organised group trip and can definitely say it’s one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s an easy walk away from train street which was one of the main things I wanted to see here. It’s also a quick 10 minute driver from the old quater and a lot of the Hanoi attractions.

The hotel has a really good location, you can walk to most of the sights, there are good food places around. The hotel has its restaurant on the 11th floor which provides a great view of the city, and the staff is amazing, very helpful, especially the always smiling Thao who helped me to extend my stay :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially as we stored our bags at their hotel. Thao was especially helpful with giving us recommendations for Ha Giang and great service with checking out and in. Definitely recommend this hotel as great location

Thao was very helpful and kind she made the process of storing my luggage extremely easy and pleasant, the hotel was also very well priced and clean i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family in the future. The food was also very nice

Friendly and helpful service. Came as part of a group that did my booking for me and ended up needing to stay an extra day for which I had to make my own booking. I felt receptionist Thao went above and beyond, she helped ensure I could keep the same room even on the extra day which made my stay a lot easier.

Unfortunately I was unable to check in to my booked accommodation. So I was informed that I woukd have to change to this hotel last minute due to a medical emergency. When I first arrived I was great by Thao she had me booked in quickly with no worries. I need to go out later in the evening and she organised a restaurant and a taxi for me. I really appreciated all her help. Everything was done with no stress and she had a smile on her face the whole time.

Great stay , service lady was amazing that has very good English her name was thao. The hotel is relatively clean and the staff was good and the breakfast was also good. With a great view. Thaaaaaannnkkk yooooooouuuu vereeeyyyy muuuuch for your hospitality

The hotel staff were amazing, particularly Thao who was always happy to assist with any inquiries about the hotel or directions to near by things I visited twice and she remembered me and always checked to make sure I was comfortable which was so sweet. The beds were comfortable, aircon was great and breakfast was delicious. They have nearby pharmacy and connivence store which staff helped with directions to
