Location was good. Near to where we want to go. Location too central that there’s congestion traffic. Add few minutes if u are in a rush to your destination.

Great location. Easy access to everything. Rooms large for the price and toiles were clean. Would stay again.

It's always just nice to stay at this hotel. Services and foods are good enough without any major concerns. If I try to find at least one, a few of receptionists can't understand English but it's still acceptable level though.

The room is so huge, clean n modern. Minus point it's just a little bit far from the crowd but perfect for rest. The bed is so big n comfortable The bathroom was so good n spacious The best room compared to the other hotel with the same price range

Hotel is quite far away from the Main Street, if you want to go out for a meal or a walk, you need to walk at least 15-20 mins. Staffs are okay. But only 1 or 2 of them can speak English, that’s fine as long as you got the Google translate app. However, even we clearly express our need that we want to apply for the laundry service. The staff already said yes and replied us that just put all the clothes outside the room, he would ask the helper to take it. After a few hours when we back to hotel, our clothes still there. And the staff act like he didn’t even know what’s going on. That’s totally unacceptable and we didn’t receive any apologies from that staff.

The room was clean and spacious, but I was assigned a west-facing room, which was blocked by a building opposite, so I didn't get a lake view room. The front desk was very hospitable and I was generally satisfied.

The service staff is very friendly and can communicate in English and Vietnamese. The hotel is in a great location, not too noisy, and a short ride from Hoan Kiem Lake. There is also a beautiful park opposite. The room is well soundproofed. You can hear the noise from the corridor, but you won't be disturbed by the next room. The guests are of good standard and the room is cleaned very well. It is a recommended place to stay! !

The room was great, beyond expectations, great value for money

The first hotel I stayed in when I landed in Hanoi. The location is pretty good. There is a small lake next to it. It is within walking distance of the old town. The room is big and clean. It has everything you need. It is good for a temporary stay of one or two days.

The hotel is facing Changuang Lake, the location is very convenient, the hotel reception staff is also very enthusiastic, helping to carry the luggage, in terms of facilities, it can only be said to be ordinary, to be repaired, the room window lock can not be locked, the floor is higher, security is OK, the shower water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not very stable, in terms of quietness, after all, it is in the city center, there will be noise from surrounding activities, overall there are not many complaints, but there are also areas for improvement
