The room isn't as advertised or as on the picture. Bathroom smells very bad (urine), overall not good so no chance to book this place again!

In general, I liked everything about the hotel, the location, the breakfasts, the rooftop... Everything is good.

Overall a good hotel, but it's better not to take a massage there - more expensive than in the area and the masseuse - as luck would have it. One masseuse was constantly distracted by her phone and almost dislocated my wife's finger. Laundry is ok, fast and payment by weight, not for individual items.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a view of the city. Great big balcony (or patio) with a table. Nice cheerful staff, good knowledge of English. Good tasty breakfast - Pho soup, scrambled eggs, several hot options, different fruits. I recommend. Of the minor minuses - a little noisy (the door to the balcony did not close tightly, the beautiful view was spoiled by a crack in the glass), a mattress in polyethylene (rustling, the sheet slides and it is hot from the polyethylene). Overall, the hotel is not bad, I liked it.

Honestly I don't recommend it. It's a mess for the price.

Clean and sanitary, Laotie is worth choosing

I Have been to Hanoi many times. If you really would like to see the real Hanoi this is the place to stay. Right in the middle off all the action. The owner manager talks perfect English and has a great sence of humour. Cheap well serviced and most importantly friendly.

Really recommended! Its new renovated hotel located in a prime location -old quarter and close to all the major sightseeing. The friendly staff were helpful and ready for every need. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The comfortable bed and linen. We I can't wait to stay here again!

The hotel is new so everything is fine. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially Ha, she gave me a free room upgrade. Thanks Dream premium and I will come back, for sure. and, there also have Spa was amazinggg with very good price

Very nice hotel in Hanoi we stayed here 3 nights it was a great time with us. The staff were nice friendly & helpful, the room was new & clean amazing breakfast ( buffet) The hotel is near the central of Hanoi old quarter many restaurants. Shopping central we were very happy to stay this hotel. Highly recommended we will back here for sure
