Anda tidak diperbolehkan merokok, dan denda untuk merokok adalah 3.000 dolar Vietnam dan sekitar 100 yuan. Orang-orang dari daratan Tiongkok sebaiknya tidak pergi. Sakit. Saya merasa sedih hanya dengan memikirkannya. Saya tidak mengerti omelannya, tapi masih terasa sakit.

Super clean and super comfy bed! Spacious and all the staff are helpful. Will definitely book this again when I go back to Hanoi! Worth every penny!

Spacious room for the 5 of our family, 3 adults 2 children. the receptionis Mint, is really helpfull. hers english is excellent, she also help us to arrange the trip to Sapa. We'll be return to this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi.

Good location, great service, okay breakfast. However, I stayed on the 4th floor but can smell food (possibly from the hotel’s breakfast preparation) and hear noises (from cleaning of the nearby rooms) since early morning every day.

Keluarga saya menginap di hotel ini dan stafnya sangat ramah dan sarapannya dimasak sesuai selera setiap orang. Kamar hotel sangat bersih dan lapang, tempat tidurnya besar, kamar tidurnya memiliki barang-barang pribadi yang cukup serta bersih dan rapi.

The staff at KeyPad Hotel were absolutely wonderful! From check-in to check-out, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether I needed assistance with my room or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to help with a smile. The service was top-notch and truly made my experience at XYZ Hotel memorable. Highly recommend for their exceptional staff and service!

Stayed here upon arriving in Vietnam and a few more days after. My flight arrived early in the morning, car pickup was arranged by hotel and was welcomed by the wonderful staff. I was too early for check in so they offered me some free coffee and juice at the cafeteria which I thought was so sweet but much to my delight, an hour after, I was already allowed to check in coz there was already an available room. ROOM WAS PERFECT! Clean, comfy and modern. Location is 👌 and so many places to eat right around the corner. The lady at the hotel cafeteria is nice and makes sure different food is cooked everyday. But overall my favorite about being there was the receptionist LILY! She arranged everything for me and made sure I had a wonderful stay.

Super great hotel and services, except the wifi in the room, is quite slow, everything was perfect. While waiting until the time to check in, they invited me to juice for a drink. I loved this noodle soup in here, it was so good.

This hotel was a good choice of great value for money. Breakfast was full of variety of choices and members of staff are indeed helpful and amicable. Location is also very good, it’s near the city centre and old quarter, very handy to get to almost everywhere in the city of Hanoi.

Worst experience ever Checkin time is 14:00, but the hotel didn't let guest checkin on time with no further notice. Receptionists kept chatting with each other and ignoring guest. Room is small and blanket is dirty. Employees are not friendly and helpful. Worst thing happened when I checked out. Housekeeping staff couldn't find TV remote. They affirmed that we took the remote and checked our luggages directly at the hotel lobby. After finding nothing, I asked them to charge for the remote; instead of bothering us this unacceptable and offensive way. At the end, they finally found it inside the room and refund the money to us??? And we were late for the flight for this stupid problem caused by the hotel. Shouldn't stay here!!!
