Ulasan Hanoi Jade Hostel

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Affordable place to stay yet very comfortable thank you Hanoi Jade.

This is a great hostel for a group of people as you can share a space. Also really great location.

Procedures like check in and check out goes smoothly. I could buy something like water in the hostel. When I was in trouble about my phone charger, the staff helped me kindly.

The location was convenient

The location is great and I found it easy to find (there is a sign outside). It was good value for the money.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Any problems were solved quickly. Location was central and you can get anywhere within minutes by walking.

It's located in the heart of Hoan Kiem.. I checked out from another hotel.. I had a late night flight so I stayed for one night to kill time. The price is really cheap.. The building is old.

A good place to take a short break. It's probably because it's near the airport anyway.

Room 303 is large and has two good beds, but the bathroom window and bathroom door are broken so cockroaches can come in. Room 202 has no windows and one bed, but the fan is running, so that's all good. I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. The only inconvenient thing is smoking Working women are somehow scary haha. For reference, the water pressure is weak and hot water does not come out well ^^

The service quality is poor. The room seems tidy, but the whole room is full of cumin curry mixed with other pungent smells. After communicating with the boss, the boss does not agree to change the room. The whole check-in process is disappointing.

It is not a clean and well-equipped place. But considering the price, that's probably natural. The staff responds kindly and well. I stayed in a dormitory and it had 3 beds on the 3rd floor.

All employees are lovely and provide very good service. Helpful, very attentive. There is no kettle in the room. But when requested Enthusiastic staff Boils hot water. The rooms are clean, soundproofed well. The location is easy to walk to various places. In front of the hotel there is a very delicious ice cream shop. Next to the salon, there is a bread shop and very delicious fruit juices. Spacious bathroom Warm water flows well all the time. Not sure about the school sign. A little confused when arriving.
