"The environment is very good! Complete facilities! Stayed for thirty days, with a beach behind and lots of crows! It’s very convenient to travel every day! "Nice spot at the end of the island, we had a pleasant stay but there are a few things to be aware of. Snorkeling is okay right from the shore, but the reef edge with clearer water and more than a few meters depth is quite a way out (300-400m) and currents can make it a challenge. The gym is basic but functional. We were 3 people sharing a room and only allocated 1L bottle of water per day, with a $2.50 charge per extra bottle which just rubbed us the wrong way, we would drink approx 3L a day each and instead went to buy plastic bottles from in town for a fraction of the hotel price - very ECO friendly... We refused to spend any extra money at the SPA, day trips etc because we were so annoyed by the water cost so no idea about those. The dive centre staff were great, as well as the breakfast eggman. Breakfast itself is pretty basic, the coffee was fair and the homemade jams were lovely. Hotel was full while we were there, it feels quite empty except for mealtimes and evenings were quiet (we didn't visit the drinking boat). Well worth visiting the restaurants in town with special mention to Youth Cafe."
