This hotel location is situated at quite a quiet place. Good for travelers who enjoy the quietness. However, there is not much amenities nearby. Other than that, the service was quite good, receptionist is friendly but the manager was the one who gave me the personal touch. Nice service provided.

There are also basketball courts and football fields outdoors. You can also set up tents when the weather is warm. It is very suitable for team building and family gatherings. There is not much food and nothing special. It is more convenient to drive by car.

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

The whole hotel is very very very very old! It feels okay for taking photos, the decoration looks good, but it is a mess when you arrive. The lobby is full of cigarettes, it is difficult to breathe, the corridor is gloomy, the room is acceptable, there is no shower in the bathroom, you can only stand in the bathtub, and the breakfast is even worse. You can't believe that there is no hot dish, even the buns and eggs are cold. In general, it is worth staying here for a few dozen yuan (catch up with Chun'an consumption coupons), but if you book at the original price, don't come, any other hotel is better than this one, it's okay for a night of transition

The city has added a lot of expectations. We arrived at the hotel very late on the first day with a group of students. They quickly helped us check in, not only on the first floor, but also prepared toiletries, fruits, etc. for the children. , they delayed our check-out the next day and allowed the children to change clothes before finishing the game, which saved us a lot of trouble. Other schools were in a hurry with their luggage for the game. I am really grateful to the two ladies at the front desk for the help they gave to the children.
