It was a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly. Room was clean. Amenities are good for a business hotel. Breakfast can be served earlier for earlier check - -out guests. Didn’t know why the air conditioning blow warm air only. It warmed the room almost 8 degrees higher the setting and keep blowing . Call front desk help and replied that “ try to turn off the unit to stop it” which quite none sense answer.

The room is very large, with subways on three sides, which is very convenient for travel. The service staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The check-in experience is great. The breakfast is also rich and the variety of breakfast is also very complete. The taste is also good. This is the first choice for staying in Hangzhou. There are eight bottles of mineral water in the room. Like it 👍

The room decoration is simple and elegant, with basically no excess wires exposed. The service attitude is very good, I say hello when I see you. There is free mineral water in the room, and the laundry room also has a washing machine, dryer and ironing machine, which are fully equipped and easy to use. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, including porridge, bread, cereals, fruits and various drinks. The side dishes that go with the porridge are delicious. Overall very satisfied. Another suggestion is that I personally think it would be better if there are small hooks in the bathroom and beside the sink to hang towels and washcloths. 😄

The view room I booked can only see the road outside on the second floor. I asked why I couldn't see the lake. The lady at the front desk said that the view room I booked was not a lake view room. I asked if I could change to a higher floor. I don't have anything else. I said no, I'll check out. Did I come to Qiandao Lake's view room specially to see the road? Then I changed the room on the third floor to see a small lake, and I also sent breakfast to let me not give it. Bad review. Therefore, the view room is not a lake view room. There is a balcony but the scenery is average, the floor is low and you can only see the road. The hygiene is very good, except for the obvious scale of the kettle. The front desk service is just average. I ordered takeout and put it at the front desk. When I went down to get it, the front desk asked the robot if it would not deliver the food. The answer was: Yes, but I have to tell the front desk to bring it to me.

I'm travelling with my family with kids. The room was clean and tidy. We touch down at the airport already midnight 1am+, yet the hotel still arrange for airport pick up for us after I called. The service at the front desk was excellent. It was a great experience staying here. 👍❤️

The hotel has a very good environment and is very new. Turn right when you go out of the hotel and you will find the subway entrance 30 meters away. I compared it before booking and found that this hotel has the largest room in the same location and price. It is very quiet to sleep at night and the bath water is very big. It is very cold in Hangzhou these days. The hotel The air conditioning and warm air are very powerful. I came here to run a marathon and have fun. I stayed for four days and was very satisfied.
