Hotel is near to lake and shopping areas. İt s easy to go . And also hotel is not big , that s why it s more warm.

Good clean hotel as expected from Hampton by Hilton brand. Good breakfast spread except closes at 10am. Would be nice to perhaps extend till 1030am. Nice view if higher floor.

Overall are 4/5 stay. Room : 4/5 slight cramp as the toilet are open type which literally facing the bed room withiut additional partition staff : 5/5 attentive and have a helper robot is a big plus. As we order some food delivery via *******. The food are deliver up right at your door step by their helper robot. Really really helpful. location 3.5/5 slight far from xihu (west lake). the hotel is side by side with residential condominium. So might consider lesser privacy.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.

Location is abit far from west lake. but the hotel is superb. clean and friendly staff

This is a very nice and value for money hotel. Rooms are spatial, clean, comfortable and facility are adequate. Hotel provide free mineral water at each floor lift lobby on top of the two bottles in the room. Breakfast was good and are with many variety. Good and exceeded expectation. The standard is guaranteed under the name of Hilton group. Staff had been helpful. Train station just few steps away from hotel. Highly recommended.
