Ulasan HanTing Premium Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Cultural Square Subway Station)

The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room that I booked was bigger than the picture shown by them. Only thing is window view is not cityscape. One thing that I really like is their laundry service. Very convenient and all the necessities are fully provided by them with no additional charges. Lovely place to stay and highly recommended!

Hotel is great l, clean, near metro station. Staff is help u you a lot if you need help. Overall is nice. Suggest everyone come.

I personally won’t recommend this hotel ! Firstly, the location is not that good because if you are using their local map （高德地图）to search this location, it will actually need you to walk a big round to reach the hotel as it surrounding is being blocked by either bushes or small pillar. Secondly, when I arrived my room, the window is opened, I tried to closed it but the window was not able to close, so we can actually heard all the noises coming from outside especially morning time, with the horns. Lastly, I actually feel that their front desk is unfriendly, no smiling faces are given to the guest. The only happy moment for me is watching my celebrity variety show in the hotel with the TV!

The room is smaller than I have ever been.It makes me uncomfortable.

酒店環境很好，保潔打掃的也很乾凈，早餐品種也很豐富，特別表揚下前台小姐姐，服務很周到👍，工作熱情友好，總之入住滿意🌹

環境：睡覺很安靜、有窗户的户型比較小； 服務：前台服務人員態度非常好； 早餐：品類正常，不多不少； 附近很方便，有小餐館及便利店。

選擇了有窗的最貴的雙床房。不過我住的房間是4樓朝北的。酒店西面兩層大馬路比較吵。北面是住宅區。不過四層北面上面有打的設備一直有機器聲音，每天用耳塞睡覺。朝東的三樓有窗的房間最好。這個酒店設備衞生服務都挺好，我這樣老外也可以住，價格也便宜，但是我個人不太喜歡沒有窗户的房間。

房間舒適安靜 前台姐姐也很友好 早餐也很豐盛 如果下次有機會的話 還會選擇這家 離地鐵站也很近 睡眠質量也還不錯的 設施：齊全 衞生：整潔 服務：周到 環境：安逸

房間小對於我們來説是優點哎 床靠牆的設計我們就覺得特有安全感 很喜歡 床正對着的就是一個大電視 可以投屏 觀感很好 床旁邊就是窗下面會有個放東西的地方 很方便邊看邊吃 於是配置了放大化粧鏡 洗漱用品登記後酒店人員會直接給你 至於隔音 我們住在電梯旁邊 所以電梯開開關關人員走動都能聽到 不過隔壁房間的聲音不怎麼聽得見 外賣是機器人送餐 衹有送不上來的情況才會叫你下去拿 房間內有座機 可以一鍵呼叫酒店人員 總體來説很滿意了啦 會作為下一次的選擇

在網上對比了多家酒店，這家性價比最高，所以幫女朋友訂了，入住的時候前台熱情的服務還有房間的舒適都讓女朋友很滿意，住的很舒服，特別是衞生間沐浴露的設計更是讓女朋友覺得很有安全感

酒店地點算方便，靠近地鐵站 酒店不是禁煙，去房間的走廊都是煙味 洗衣機烘乾機應該換新的了，又舊又臟🙁🙁🙁

設施：齊全，各類配套都有 衞生：乾淨，整潔，清爽 環境：舒適，安靜 服務：貼心周到 早餐種類較多，總有一款適合你 下次過來還會再定這裏哦
