The hotel was fine. Simple to get to from the metro. Not a lot of places to eat at around there but easy enough to get to the metro to somewhere to eat. The breakfast was not worth it. They had no bread left at 8:30 when I got there. The attendant brought some out after I asked but when I went to butter my toast they didn’t have any knifes. They only had forks, spoons and chopsticks and when I asked the attendant said they don’t have any which is weird because the breakfast is served in the restaurant next to the hotel. The room could use a new curtain as well it had holes in it and let the light in when the sun came up.

Regarding the breakfast supply issue, we would like to express our sincerest apologies for the bread being sold out too early and the dining utensils being missing. This reflects our serious mistakes in breakfast operation management. We failed to estimate food consumption in advance and neglected to check the tableware. We have urgently convened the catering team to re-optimize the breakfast supply process, increase the reserves of popular foods such as bread, and carefully check the completeness of all kinds of tableware before the meal to prevent such problems from happening again. The room curtains are damaged, which affects the privacy and comfort of your rest. This is a negligence in our room maintenance work. We have arranged for colleagues from the housekeeping department to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the curtains in all rooms, and any problematic curtains will be replaced immediately with new ones. In the future, we will also strengthen daily inspections of guest room facilities and equipment to ensure that guests’ stay experience is not affected. We sincerely look forward to your visit again, and we will let you see our significant improvements and upgrades to create a comfortable and satisfactory stay experience for you.

Lovely staying in this hotel. Everything is nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Surrounding has a lot of restaurant and just couple minutes away from metro station, really convenient.

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean and well designed room. Only disappointed that the rooms are smoking and can be smelling like cigarettes.

The hotel is near to the metro station, and is very quite. But the entire outlook of hotel is nothing like the video shown, so don’t be fooled by the promotion video. For the hotel facilities, although it is told that the hotel has a gym room and laundry room, actually there is only 3 exercise machines( running trail, cycling) and 2 washing machines, both in the same room. The check in procedure is a bit slow and there is no views outside of the window, only a plant which is dying. The hotel is completely overrated, the sound proofing is so bad that I can hear upstairs flushing toilet and next door chatting, people shutting their doors.

The hotel was a lovely place. We quite liked the restaurant which was pleasing to the eye. Their afternoon tea could improve. Otherwise I think it was value for money. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are very massive which was a huge bonus for my family of four. It was also very nice that they came with afternoon tea breakfast . There was an ample amount of food at breakfast--we did not leave hungry. The location is convenient because the subway is a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was what we needed for our purpose to our visit in Hangzhou. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but I’ve heard that it’s very Chinese and not so much Western food available.

The hotel is located between West Lake and Tianmushan Street. Although the appearance is a bit shabby and outdated But at this price, the lobby environment and the large bathtub suite I stayed in, the interior design, the furniture used, and the area of ​​50 square meters are all beyond the price level. Compared with the B&B in Qingzhiwu, I chose this hotel without looking back.

The twin room is quite big, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and there is a big mirror, but the light is a bit dim, and the bathroom door can't be completely closed, and there is no lock. The bed is quite comfortable and soft. It comes with a bathrobe in the room, so it's okay if you don't bring pajamas. The refrigerator doesn't seem to work, but everything else is pretty good. The breakfast variety is a bit small, but the environment is okay. The price-performance ratio is still good. The waiter's service attitude is very good. If you have any problems, they can be solved in time by calling. There are also coupons for parking, which can be booked.

Very good! I am not a person who likes to comment, but this hotel is very good from hygiene to service. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. It is one of the few hotels I have come across in Hangzhou with good price, hygiene and service. I was very disappointed with the other hotels I stayed in at the beginning. I didn't have any hope to check in, but this one is really great, great, I recommend it to everyone
