Ulasan The East Hotel

Stafnya sama sekali tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Tidak ada perlengkapan mandi di kamar mandi. Sarapannya sangat buruk, hanya hidangan Cina. Tidak direkomendasikan untuk wisatawan internasional.

The hotel located in the middle of the city which is so convenient for transport. The breakfast is good. The room is clean but not so new, but one of the front desk staff we met at the first day when we check in was unfriendly and doesn’t have service mind.

Hotel is located not far from Xihu (15-20 mins DiDi ride depending on traffic conditions)which is the main attraction in Hangzhou. There are also a few highly rated restaurants on Dianping within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only flaw is that the air conditioning is centrally managed so guests are unable to adjust the temperature or mode to their liking. The service at the hotel is generally good and helpful. Breakfast is not bad though the options are somewhat restrictive. Overall, we have an enjoyable stay at East hotel and would consider staying there again if we were to visit Hangzhou again.

Booked the Egyptian theme family room. Room was beautiful, comfortable and a very good size. Love the breakfast selection. It's freshly prepared mains and also a good selection of salad, cereal, bread etc. Attentive and friendly staffs. Location is great. Cab right to west lake is ard 25rmb. There are 2 really nice restaurants for local food. ( #210 四灶儿， To the right, facing road, after you walk out). The other one further down. Also, number of massage shop around the vicinity Overall, great value for money!

Generally speaking the hotel is nice and clean, the layout of the hotel room is quite okay. The light in the bathroom might be a bit too dark, not that many facilities, a tiny fitness room. A bit complicated with checkin process and very strict rules with visitors… The overall experience was positive.

Was a great modern hotel for business travel. Good selection of food for breakfast too. Just to note you cannot eat in the hotel at night.

Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. Rooms are great and to a very high standard. Some staff speak English, so booking taxi etc was painless. Plenty of local restaurant very nearby 20 mins to east station in morning

Staffs are all friendly, nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy. will definitely come back for my next trip.

The hotel is nicely decorated. I initially booked one night. Despite some minor problems I had the first night I decided to stay an extra night. I called the front desk and asked whether shifting rooms who be beneficial and the front desk staff are very helpful and considerate. She immediately escorted me to another room for inspection. The rooms in this hotel are clean and well equipped with basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras like loofah, longjing tea leaves, beer, coke, juice, soda water, and chips in minibar. Location is not too bad. Great staff Nice hotel. Very pleasant experience.

Still Good hotel , it was very good before covid.
