Ini adalah kedua kalinya saya menginap di Campanile East Station Hotel. Pengalaman akomodasinya sangat bagus. Tempat tidur dan kasurnya sangat bagus. Saya tidur sangat nyaman dan tidur nyenyak! Sprei dan quiltnya bersih dan rapi, dekorasinya mewah, desainnya bagus, dan perlengkapan rumah tangga serta perlengkapan mandinya berkualitas tinggi. The hotel provided a wonderful experience with its clean and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the subway. The staff were exceptionally polite and thoughtful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Clean hotel, beds are comfortable, front desk staff are nice and helpful, cannot tell much about the surrounding because we only stayed for a night and checked in quite late at night. Will stay again next time.

前台小王服務很周到，酒店房間乾淨整潔，早餐也不錯，可以免費停車，這是地下停車場的電梯有點難找，並且酒店的電梯下不了停車場，要是有那個指路牌就更好了，交通也很便利，旁邊不遠就是地鐵站，地鐵站乘坐一個站也就到了杭州東站還是很便利的
