No staff assisted with luggage on check in and check out. Intermittent loud noise coming from the aircon vent. Staff was not very friendly. Got a strange vibe in the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

A brand new hotel that locate next to a subway station and a shopping mall. The managers and the people in the front desk are very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety to choose from.

I went to Hangzhou with my friends and children. It was more interesting to live together in a four-person room. I booked a panda-themed room and a yellow duck-themed room. The yellow duck-themed bathroom was very large, and everything else was almost the same. The double bed with the theme bed was a little small, but it was okay. There was basically no problem with one big and one small. The hotel's hygiene and service were very good. I would choose it next time.

Kaiyuan Square is next to the hotel. You can have a delicious meal at the music restaurant, then go shopping in the mall and supermarket, and go back to the hotel next door to rest. The next day, I took the subway line 6 next to the hotel, and it was one stop to Zhijiang Cultural Center. I didn't need to get out of the subway and walked directly to Zhejiang Provincial Museum. It was so convenient!
