The environment is not good, it doesn't look like a business hotel. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The toilet is actually a smart seat. It should be quite comfortable in winter because it gets hot. But now my butt is a little hot 😂 At this price point, it also has smart customer control. It is really important to turn off all the lights with one click before going to bed. In the afternoon, the front desk also lent me a set of tables and chairs so I could have a nice chat with my friends.

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy, and the rooms are warm and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the West Lake and In77. It is very convenient. The housekeeping staff are also very kind. The lady and brother at the front desk are very enthusiastic. There are many good things at the front desk. The iced fruit tea and sour plum soup you drink are free. Every time you go to West Lake, the front desk will take the initiative to provide free iced mineral water! Really great! The room prices are also very affordable and cost-effective! It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, really great! I will continue to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hangzhou!

The room is clean and tidy. It is very close to the Broken Bridge Pier of West Lake. You can take a boat to the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon. When leaving the island, you can choose a pier you want to go to. I chose Huagang Watching Fish. Then you can take a one-way sightseeing bus along Su Causeway to the Broken Bridge. We went to the bottom of Yuewang Temple and then walked to the sightseeing. Yinhu Hotel downstairs is cost-effective. I ate lunch and dinner here.
