Room not good and not clean water leaking from the toilet no water no towels only i like the swimming pool even no customer service

At the Regency hotel Hammamet, the atmosphere was really nice, the staff was also friendly, polite and hardworking, during the day there is that family vibe that will get you through the day at the pool with the family. By night, there's this chill vibe at the bar, there are also plenty of kids activities. But inside the hotel, there is this unique vibe where you can find families, couples, friends and people who are there on their own just having fun and enjoying themselves, I highly recommend everyone to visit the Regency hotel Hammamet.

Regency hotel have one of the best beach bar i have been in hammamet. The food and location were amazing in addition the prices were very reasonable. In the food menu there all choices chicken, meat. Sea food and pizza and of course some Tunisian dishes The service was on top and my kids could even go to swimming pool to have fun. I would recommend the place for a family or a couple.

I really like this hotel , I went with my family for a week . This hotel has a unique position in Hammamet , beautiful beach , very nice beach bar , good staff and the animation is something else . I really recommend this for family's and couples ..

The room was dirty, there were dead flies on the chair. No towels, very old TV that did not work. We changed the room. Same thing. The staff did not let us bring food inside the hotel, since we chose breakfast only. Absolutely not worth the price.

Greeted on arrival with smiles and staff to relive us of our baggage. Treated like family/royalty the entire time. We had a lovely cleaner who cleaned our room daily leaving petals and towels shaped into swans and love hearts. Food was good all round but even better at their beach restaurant. Me and the family will be back again same time next year 👍🏼

everything is clean and tidy. the service is great, the food even better. The pool is clean and relatively warm and the beach is only a minute away walking, which is great. the spa center is also full of services, including a sauna, water massage and an indoor pool. along with the evening drinks, the waiters served us with peanuts. at the reception you can even change euros into Tunisian dinars, which speeded up the process of buying anything. next to the hotel courtyard there is also a small shop where you can buy various souvenirs and other things. all in all nice and appropriate. You have the best waiters, they are very friendly and kind. Room was a little bit dirty, but hotel has perfect location and room view. Food was great. The hotel has good content. The beach should be arranged a little more. Overall beautiful experience.

The hotel is beautiful and you will have a wonderful vacation there. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The food is delicious. We recommend staying in this hotel. Pure hedonism! We will come back again :-).

My Sister booked this for three of us to stay this January 2024 as a gateway for her birthday. The place was beautiful, with tropical theme court yard and nice outdoor surroundings . The outdoors will be a nature lover's paradise. The resort opens directly to the beach with nice clear blue waters. The rooms are spacious and there was more than enough space for 3 girls who had packed for a 5 night holiday as if we were going to be away for weeks. Polite, friendly and helpful staff, from the reception staffs to the restaurant, kitchen and bar staffs. We used the spa as well and the treatments packages are very affordable. You are given the option to do all your choosing treatments in one day or to spread it out over 2 or 3 days to maximise the benefits. It was a nice place to just rest for us and there are many areas to chill and just take in the sun. It was on the quiet side because it is not holiday season and this was good for me because I just needed to rest eventhough I managed to do some work two out of five days. Visiting in January is not the time for people who want to have the full holiday experience. My advice will be to visit between March and September when it is busier. One thing I would say is that the restaurant could do with a new coffee and hot water machine because the coffee was warm, not hot. But please note that the temperature was 11 to 14 degrees. I don't know if people will birher about hit water or coffee when the temperature is 30 degrees and over. I would really like to visit again during the holiday season , and I may see what their other resort, the African Queen Hotel, is like.

We had to leave after 2 nights of our 6 night stay in Tunisia and rebook another hotel the very same day it was this bad. As female travellers we didn’t feel safe. Please do not book this hotel. We have complained to our travel agents. There were extremely limited food and drinks options, super loud music at night, major lack in facilities. Generally needs more TLC and care- everything was a bit run down. Would give this review 0/5 if I could, apart from a few staff working at the hotel, the waiting staff who were friendly and welcoming.
