Service was good, can keep the bag for us after check-out,room was clean, the location not very good but you can catch the bus to the HBF station. Breakfast is good but the options have to be improved.

🌟 _A fantastic stay from start to finish!_ The staff at Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Hamburg. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety to suit every taste. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hamburg!

Good location near Hbf in a safe neighborhood. Amenities are lacking as no toothbrush, comb, slippers provided

Overall a good experience. The hotel was located a 10 minute walk to central. The accessibility of the bus stopping outside the hotel from town. The hotel was clean tidy and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good and the generL surroundings is calm and quiet. The only downside was the pillows . Too soft and just not comfortablefor a good night's sleep.

Clean and modern & new hotel near to the city center, garage and rich breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel just after 3pm (check in time), the room wasn't ready and we had to wait about 1 hour and a half. The day after the housekeeping didn't clean the room because apparently you have to put a green card outside the door.. and no one at the reception had informed us, so I called the reception and asked them to clean the room (it was 5:30 pm) and they said they would send someone right away. After about 5 minutes later two girls arrive with towels saying it's too late to clean the room! I told these matters at the check out and the lady at the desk she compensated us by offering us free parking and the soft drinks we drank the night before. At least something appreciated.

The family room is a bit too small for 3 people, but the receptionists are nice and helpful

I think it’s good and suitable for business trip. Convenient is the most important. And of course quiet room could brings me good relax.

Great place. Friendly staff. My only problem was that the tv was not a smart one. No Netflix, YouTube etc. so you’re stack with German tv.

Room was clean, breakfast selection was fine (although could have more selection daily). 5 mins bus ride (112) from central bus station. Overall a good experience! Thank you.
