Ulasan Holiday Inn - the niu, Yen Hamburg City

I was shocked they didn't provide us separate beds we requested them to shift us to another nearest chain hotel and last and least they issued us disable room no 718

Liked the breakfast - lots to choose from and a pretty good value. Check-in was a bit slow but other than that can't complain.

The hotel is in a very good location, the hotel facilities are very new and clean. The room details are in place, the bed is very comfortable. It is easy to park at the door. A recommended Hamburg hotel.

Everything is great! Good location, great breakfasts. What I didn't like was that it was impossible to set up cozy lighting. Either a microscopic light bulb by the bed or bright cold light. It was very cold in the bathroom.

Very clean and nice hotel. The nearest subway is a short walk away. The construction sites at Berliner Tor are not particularly nice, but the situation is familiar in Hamburg. The windows are very well insulated. You don't hear any traffic or loud people at all.

The attitude towards Chinese people is very bad, very discriminatory, not friendly at all. There is a huge difference between the room type checked in and the actual room type. Be sure to choose the hotel carefully. There are many blacks and Middle Eastern people. They are very unfriendly. I will never stay in this hotel again. Be careful when choosing.
