It’s located almost in front of the other exit of the main station so I didn’t bother to carry my luggage at all:) It’s also 1 or 2 mins walk to the bus and U-bahn station. Much less dangerous or less noisier as l expected. The only one thing that l was disappointed was they didn’t have a coffee machine for breakfast but overall it’s good for the price :)

Just about 5 minutes walking from the Hamburg central train station to the hotel; a good thing is very convenient to travel, but a bad thing to be considered is the safe concerned because of lot of homeless people and beggars in this area.. The hotel is an old style building with renovation; the hotel staff are very nice and very helpful

The hotel is near the station and the aerea outside is not very safe. Almost 99% of the hotel is covered in carpet, carpet that hasn’t been cleaned or changed since the hotel has opened. It’s terrible. The carpet in the rooms is even worse. There’s no AC and it was hot even with the windows open. No fan was provided either. Our room didn’t have a fridge, for some reason it was removed from its original spot and never replaced. The beds had no bedside table or anything. Just a small shelf that could fit nothing. The shower is mounted on the wrong wall so showering means flooding the bathroom. The breakfast lacks of any vegan/lactose free food and the breakfast staff only speaks German and it’s quite rude. The coffee offered is not coffee, more like dirty water.

Perfect location next to the main train station. Nice breakfast. Cozy and clean room. Friendly stuff. But, the wifi signal is very weak, can’t reach every corners of the room.

This is a no frills hotel good for staying a couple of nights. It is quite expensive for what it actually is, but it was among the cheapest options I coule find when booking. Perhaps that's the price standard in Hamburg. The room looked a bit dated but it was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. The location is great, close to the city centre and train station. However, you do see a lot of weird people wandering around the area near the hotel. I did not have any issues, but I would recommend staying vigilant. Breakfast is basic, but at least it is included so you won't leave hungry in the morning.

The hotel is right in front of the central station. The area is not the best (as in most cities, the central station is usually not the safest place) but the hotel is very functional if you have a train to catch. The rooms are nice and clean.

It was amazing! It cost around 70¢ for a single night, and I would say it was a reasonable price because the room was clean, the breakfast was lovely, and the staffs were so kind. I appreciated that they kept my luggage after my check out before my leaving. Since the hotel was located two to five minutes from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, I found it convenient. Vielen Danke!

The hotel is very stylish, but there are several steps at the entrance, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage up. The transportation is very convenient, it is right next to the central railway station, but the flow of people is more complicated.

The location is good, just opposite the train station, but the hotel entrance is not very safe. The room I was given this time is quite big, with a double bed and a single bed. The breakfast is simple and filling. The black guy at the front desk is very friendly. However, I met a Chinese person in the hotel, whose luggage was stolen when he left it at the front desk. It was useless to call the police. We later left WeChat and learned that it had not been found. So safety is really a problem.

Overall it's OK, quiet in a busy area, German standard hotel, clean and tidy, not many breakfast styles, but enough to eat. Central Station has always been the busiest place in every European country, beggars, homeless people, drunkards, drug *******, ***********, all around, but there are also many police, just watch your bag and pay attention to safety.

The location of the hotel is relatively convenient for travelers who need to arrive/leave Hamburg by train, but it is quite noisy. The room is small/cramped and the bathroom is not good. The breakfast is ok.

Located near the central train station, the hotel is actually quite OK inside, with a more vintage feel to the decoration. However, the surrounding area is a bit messy due to the train station, so it's OK as long as you don't go in and out too late. Good breakfast

Was OK. Clean. Nice staff. Standard room. No fridge. No black-out curtains. No air conditioning. A bit worn. High, beautiful stucco ceilings. Small bathroom with corner shower. Only one elevator. Small stairs to reception. Rooms at the front very noisy with the windows open. Close to the train station. Corresponding environment in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, no scrambled eggs like a few months ago. Normal eggs cooked too long, gray-green. Too bad. Bread rolls OK, not so mini rolls. It's OK for a few days.
