Hotel is new and clean. Able to get food and massage nearby but not many choices. Fair price and comes with simple breakfast.

The room looks the same in the pictures. Breakfast only has 2 options, bread vs egg, and noodles (or phở) with chicken or beef.

Really nice hotel. It felt 4* and great value for money. The receptionist was great and sorted us out nicely for a ha long boat trip. All round would recommend the stay!

Everything is above the standard and CP index is good

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice, leafy area but still very close to the centre of Ha Long. The hot water in the shower did not work. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Good hotel, delicious breakfast

Hotel staff were very unfriendly upon arrival. Our key card was thrown to us with no room number given. The room itself was nice and clean until we heard a rat running around in the bathroom ceiling. When we told the receptionist she came to our room, the rat had obviously moved and she said it had gone to another room so it was okay now. We had booked for two nights but only stayed one. The location was far from any tourist areas.

The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. Each room has basic equipment such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer, … The space at the hotel is extremely clean and cool. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic.

L’hôtel était magnifique et extrêmement propre. La salle de bain était niquel et avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre voyage ! Le personnel nous donné des recommandations de voyage et je recommande d’aller se balader le long de l’eau pendant quelques heures et voir le marché juste à côté ! Très sympa pour être au calme ! Par contre, si vous voulez aller dans la grosse partie de la ville, il faudra prendre un taxi mais ce n’est pas très cher et ça vaut le coup 😊
