硬件，早餐，什麼都好 都口頭交代都沒打掃房間啊 設施：很好， 衞生：很好，不過很潮濕 環境：很好 服務：真不好，攜程定了付錢了他總要等確認，等很久，住兩天沒打掃衞生，沒送水果礦泉水等等

這是一家5星級的酒店，內部房間寬敞及乾淨，窗外風景很美，可以欣賞下龍灣的層巒疊嶂。酒店的早餐豐富，有許多美食可以慢慢品賞。是值得推薦的酒店。這裡一晚約150萬越盾。

온도조절이 방마다 안되는 것 같았어요 2충에 있는 식당 종업원은 영어도 못해서 번역기로 소통하느라 많이 불편했구요 음식도 그저 그랬음 주변에 딱히 먹을데가 없고 시내쪽으로 나가야할듯 수영장은 제 키가 150이 안넘는데 낮은곳 깊은곳이 있는데 낮은곳은 너무 낮고 높은곳은 1.55m라 발이 안닿아서 제대로 못즐김 키작은 내탓임 ㅇㅇ 조식은 나쁘지 않았던 것 같음 수영장 뷰는 진짜 이쁨 날씨가 그렇게 좋지 않았는데도 좋았는데 우리가 수영장에 거의 5시간 있었는데 내내 직원이 수영장 안에서 조명 고치는게 좀 불편했음 괜히 불안하기도 하고.. 사람 없는 시간으로 잡아서 하던가ㅠ 키 좀 늘려서 수영장 다시 가면 좋을듯

房屋設施齊全，人員服務到位，早餐豐盛，就是所處地址偏僻了點，買生活用品不方便。

酒店外觀還有房間都還可以，就是入住房間空調不製冷，聯繫客服快40多分鐘才出現幫忙更換房間，更換後的房間依舊又無空調，再更換後才解決，後續如要預定入住定要請酒店事先幫忙檢查好房間空調是否正常，以免在房間內空等，除此之外其它都還算不上不錯。

很乾凈環境很好

24h room service is not 24h, it was not available after 10PM. There is no restaurants nearby that are open after 10PM. Hotel staff was not very helpful, but were nice in general. Bed isn't great, but overall room was really good.

The Hotel is great, luxurious and very clean and comfortable. Good food and services. Perhaps for some far from overcrowded and far to noisy Ha Long central city, leisure parc’s and extreme noisy beaches. But that’s what we liked most, quite, nearly no sounds or noises. We had a inconvenient, which was solved on a superb way, full focus on the guest/client.

The hotel is beautiful! The view is fantastic! The breakfast buffet was incredible. But, there are a couple things that are weird! If you get in the beautiful rooftop pool, you’re not allowed to sit in the poolside chairs??? The poolside bar is open till late, but the pool closes at 8:00, so don’t plan on sitting at the pool sipping a cocktail. The air conditioning units in the room won’t go below 22 degrees Celsius, so if you like to sleep cuddled up under a blanket, forget that.

Check in staff were very unhelpful, very little English, wasn't told that restaurant was closed which was very inconvenient seeing hotel was out of town, they did manage to throw some noodles together for me. Room was nice, huge big bed and very clean.

Very nice clean hotel. Huge rooms and food was good. It was hard to communicate though because nobody spoke English. There was a very limited amount places to eat near the hotel

A beautiful hotel . A very quiet area most places are closed. Buildings are vacant It’s hard to find a restaurant in the evening. Good breakfast friendly staff

Very beautiful and modern. Provides a good breakfast buffet. Sometimes Wi-Fi keeps cutting out but they’re diligent to fix it. The view is great. My only problem was our shower door wasn’t aligned very well and our bathroom floor kept flooding from the shower.
